Probleme demarrage ubuntu 18.04 uefi sur asus zenbook
Bonjour,
Comme le titre l'indique je peux plus démarrer ma session ubuntu en uefi suite à une mise à jour.
Je galère depuis plus d'une semaine et je n'arrive pas à trouver une solution c'est pour ceci que je me tourne vers vous. Par avance, merci.
Voici l'historique de mon problème.
J'utilise un ubuntu 18.04 LTS depuis très longtemps sur un asus K55VD icore7, seulement la carte mère vient de rendre l'âme. J'achète donc un asus zenbook13 UX333FAA302Ti7 (icore7, 256 Go SSD,windows10). Je branche mon disque dur en externe et merveille, mon asus boote dessus. Ubuntu me propose une mise à jour que je fais. Et là, malheur, il ne démarre plus. J'ai un écran VIOLET sans aucune inscription. Je peux toutefois accéder au grub mais aucun des noyaux installés ne démarrent quel que soit le mode (recovery...). Les noyaux sont des 4.15.XXX. Autrement j'ai aussi fais une clé bootable avec boot_repair par unetbootin. Même punition quand j'essaie de booter dessus: ECRAN NOIR avec curseur FIXE.
Dans ces 2 situations le système se bloque après chargement de initrd visiblement.
J'apprécierai grandement votre aide.

J'achète donc un asus zenbook13 UX333FAA302Ti7 (icore7, 256 Go SSD,windows10). Je branche mon disque dur en externe et merveille, mon asus boote dessus. Ubuntu me propose une mise à jour que je fais. Et là, malheur, il ne démarre plus. J'ai un écran VIOLET sans aucune inscription......

A priori, toute la structure de boot est correcte. Je pense avoir identifié la cause de la non mise en route

Il n' y a plus de place disque dans la partition racine.
Je te propose un début de recherche assez classique
1) Avec le live-usb, tu ouvres un terminal, tu le mets en français avec la commande setxkbmap fr qui est à frapper setxkb,qp fr
Tu montes la partition avec la commande
sudo mount -v /dev/sda2 /mnt
2) Je pense que le plus simple est certainement de regarder si chez toi il n'y a pas des fichiers à supprimer
Tu te positionnes comme cela
cd /mnt/home/Ton nom habituel
3) Tu peux aussi regarder du coté de var en te positionnant sur
cd /mnt/var/log
4) Si rien ne te parles, tu installes l'application ncdu
sudo apt install ncdu
et
sudo ncdu /mnt
pour aller à la pêche aux gros répertoires anormaux
4) Sinon, la méthode de nany il faut que je retrouve son tuto.

Rien n'a changé... il ne démarre toujours pas et j'ai une occupation de 89%. J'ai oublié de mentionner qu'en démarrant en recovery j'ai 2 messages dont le dernier est "Chargement de la mémoire initiale". A partir de là: tout est figé même le curseur.

Merci pour le lien. J'ai mes noyaux du 4.15.0-46 au 4.15.0-51. Aucun ne démarre. Penses-tu que je doive lancer kclean? J'ai maintenant un taux d'occupation de 89%, je ne pense pas que ce soit les noyaux qui bloquent.

Avec 89% c'est bon...... Avec deux noyaux, ce n'est pas la peine d'utiliser kclean car il conserve systématiquement les deux derniers noyaux.
As-tu essayé une version en mode recovery. depuis que tu as libéré de l'espace.. Si cela boote, il faudra penser à regarder du coté des pilotes graphiques car il est possible qu'en changeant d'ordinateur ce ne soit plus la même carte.
Sinon, plus tard, épure les vieux noyaux avec cette commande
sudo apt autoremove --purge

Aucun des noyaux ne boote en mode recovery. Ils font tous pareil: bloclage après "chargement disque memoire initial". Curseur figé aussi.
Cöté carte graphique j'utilisai le pilote générique. Le zenBook possède une Intel UHD 620. Je ne pense pas que cela vienne d'elle puisque le démarrage marchait très bien avant mise à jour du système. Comme je n'avais plus de place peut être que la maj s'est mal faite.
Comment réinstaller le dernier noyau à partir du live cd? Merci

Pour tenter de reinstaller le dernier noyau c'est avec boot-repair paragraphe 2.4-D (De mémoire car le site n'est pas accessible actuellement)

La partie EFI a fonctionné . En plus, réinstaller le noyau inclu la réinstallation EFI. Cependant, je ne suis pas certain que cela provienne du noyau.
Ce que tu pourrais tenter c'est au démarrage du grub de prende la main pragraphe 2 de https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/recovery_mode
et de remplacer quiet splash par debug ignore_loglevel afin de l'inciter à être plus bavard.
Cependant, avec ton support d'installation, tu devrais tenter de regarder l'état du disque dur car il a peut-être ramassé des ennuis lors de l'incident avec la carte mêre
qui se manifestent à retardement bien que cela ne soit pas toujours aisé avec un support externe paragraphes 1 et 3.2 de https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/smartmontools

J'ai pris la main sur grub et démarré le noyau en recovery avec les paramètres que tu m'as donné. J'ai eu une ligne supplémentaire: Booting a command list" puis les 2 messages habituels "chgt memoire initial" et blocage. Rien n'a changé.

Le disque est en très bon état. Tant mieux.
S'il n'y a rien à l'écran, on va essayer de récupérer quelques traces. D'abord de façon simple
En live USB, avec le boot-info, tu fais cette commande
sudo boot-info -t 200
Qui donnera les 200 dernieres lignes des principaux fichiers de traces des ubuntu installés. Cela évite de les chercher manuellement
AJOUT. Je ne suis pas certain qu'on trouvera quelque chose dans les traces car elles ne commencent que lorsque le noyau de ubuntu est actiivé... Il est possible que le problème soit en amont...
Si j'ai bien compris, lorsque tu choisis le mode recovery, tu ne réussis même pas à obtenir le menu d'accueil du recovery te permettant plein de choix ?
