bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of sdc5 into the MBRs of all disks (except live-disks and removable disks without OS).
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sdc (ATA PNY CS900 240GB) disk!
The boot files of [Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS] are far from the start of the disk. Your BIOS may not detect them. You may want to retry after creating a /boot partition (EXT4, >200MB, start of the disk). This can be performed via tools such as gParted. Then select this partition via the [Separate /boot partition:] option of [Boot Repair]. (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootPartition)

The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

BIOS is EFI-compatible, and is setup in EFI-mode for this live-session.
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi

Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot

http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/DPzGtkDG42/ .

Note :

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to unsign) and reinstall the grub2 of sdc5 into the MBRs of all disks (except live-disks and removable disks without OS).
Grub-efi would not be selected by default because: no-win-efi
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot

Disk /dev/sdb: 223.6 GiB, 240057409536 bytes, 468862128 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 4096 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x42cf4884
Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sdb1 * 2048 1026047 1024000 500M 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sdb2 1026048 467766120 466740073 222.6G 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sdb3 467767296 468856831 1089536 532M 27 Hidden NTFS WinRE
=================== UEFI/Legacy mode:
BIOS is EFI-compatible, and is setup in EFI-mode for this installed-session.
Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sdc1 * 2048 1050623 1048576 512M ef EFI (FAT-12/16/32)
/dev/sdc2 1052670 468860927 467808258 223.1G 5 Extended
/dev/sdc5 1052672 468860927 467808256 223.1G 83 Linux
