Je te prie de faire un rapport Bisnext depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé.
D'autre part, peux-tu décrire un peu quel est le problème ? Au besoin, prends des photos (instructions dans 4.4 Insérer une image)

merci pour votre réponse qui est très rapide.
mais j'ai tout formaté vu que j'ai récupéré mes donné puis j'ai réinstallé windows et ubuntu
mais néanmoins je n'arrive toujours pas a choisir entre Windows et Ubuntu sans passer par l’amorçage ( F9) voir figure suivante
déjà je ne comprend pas grand chose de tt ca ??, si vous pouvais me donné une bref explication. en plus le fait d'avoir deux fois ubuntu sur cette liste me perturbe. et quand j’appuie sur ubuntu puis option j'ai ça (image)
et la aussi je ne comprend pas pourquoi j'ai autant de "package" je ne sais pas si c'est le terme exacte

Peux-tu confirmer que si tu ne presses pas la touche F9 au démarrage, le démarrage se fait sur Windows ?
Si tu passes par F9 au démarrage et que tu sélectionnes "Gestionnaire de démarrage du SE" dans le "Menu des options d'amorçage", je te prie de décrire ce que tu vois sur l'écran.
Afin de répondre à tes questions, je te prie de faire un rapport Bisnext depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé. Et si tu peux donner le nom complet du modèle de ton ordi, ce serait utile.

dsl pour le retard j'ai eu un crache de la version Ubuntu il mon n'a fallu du temps pour y remédier bref mauntenat tt est okay .

Cela ne se lit pas comme un roman et c'est voulu par les concepteurs sadiques du firmware de cette machine. Je te recommande formellement de ne rien changer à ta procédure actuelle de démarrage, à savoir :
- pour aller sur Windows 10 : ne rien faire au démarrage (ça démarre direct sur Windows 10)
- pour aller sur Ubuntu : presser la touche F9 au démarrage et sélectionner l'une des deux entrées Ubuntu (prends la plus haute dans la liste de priorité mais en principe ça ferait pareil si tu prenais l'autre entrée Ubuntu parce que Secure Boot est désactivé).

Au préalable, je te prie de vérifier ce qui suit :
1) presse la touche F9 au démarrage et sélectionne ubuntu
2) dans le menu Grub qui apparaît, sélectionne l'entrée "Windows Boot Manager (sur /dev/sda3)"
Est-ce que Windows 10 démarre bien de cette façon ?

winux avait trouvé une solution pour obtenir le démarrage par défaut sur le menu Grub. Il l'a décrite dans ce post : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21481290
Si tu ne parviens pas à appliquer cette solution avec "Secure Boot" désactivé, tente de l'appliquer après avoir activé "Secure Boot".

j'ai tt essayé mais y a rien a faire j'ai même tt formater puis installer Ubuntu en premier puis Windows et vice versa c'est toujours windows qui démarre et cela me soul parce que je veux utiliser Ubuntu d'avantage
pour la solution dans le lien arrivant au " gestionnaire de démarrage du SE " j'ai pas d'option pour choisir

La solution, c'est d'éviter d'acheter un ordi avec un Bios verrouillé sur Windows. Asus, est un fabricant qui ne pratique pas le verrouillage. Acer verrouille mais il met à disposition une possibilité de déverrouiller. Le pire, ça a toujours été HP. Depuis que j'aide de sur ce forum (et ça fait un fameux bail), HP a quasiment toujours fait chier pour la cohabitation avec Linux. Même avant l'UEFI (du temps du Bios), il nous pourrissait la vie.

finalement apres un acharnement sans fin j'ai pus trouver la solution pour les ordinateurs HP avec windows 10
étape 1 : dans windows sous cmd administrateur taper la comande suivante :
powercfg /h off
étape 2 : demarrer Ubuntu normale et faire ce qui suit
sudo grub-install /dev/sda
sudo update-grub
étape 3 : demarrer sur une usb live et faire ce qui suit
sudo mount /dev/sdax /mnt // (x représente la partition de votre système linux)
sudo mount /dev/sdax /mnt/boot/efi // (x représente la partition de votre boot efi)
for i in /dev /dev/pts /proc /sys /run; do sudo mount -B $i /mnt$i; done
sudo chroot /mnt
grub-install /dev/sda
update-grub
exit
sudo reboot
étape 4 : laisser votre PC redémarrer sous Windows lancer de nouveau cmd administrateur et taper la commande suivante
bcdedit /set "{bootmgr}" path \EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi
cela a fonctionner pour moi .il est peut etre possible de faire une seule étape seulement 3 ou bien 4 j'ai pas verifier je vous laisse le faire et laisser un commentaire si cela et possible
il se peut que windows redemare a nouveau a nouveau sans passer par grub. dans ce cas refaire toute la démarche a nouveau

J'étais persuadé que cette astuce ne fonctionnait pas pour un ordi HP (je me trompe : voir EDIT). Je note quand même que tu as mis à jour ton firmware UEFI puisqu'on voit ceci dans ton rapport :

Ton UEFI date de 2016 alors que cet ordi a dû être acheté en 2012. Peut-être que si l'UEFI n'avait pas été mis à jour, cette astuce n'aurait pas fonctionné.
EDIT : j'ai la mémoire courte. Il y a déjà eu ce cas bien identifié où l'astuce ( bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi ) a bien fonctionné : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1761721
