[résolu] Bluetooth non reconnu

Bonjour et déjà merci pour votre aide
Je viens d'acheter un casque bluetooth chez 'Action' (magasin de gadgets bon marchés mais soit !!!) marque ROSELAND .
Je dispose de 3 modes de diffusion du son :
* un amplificateur fixe
* une station Bose sound link color
* et maintenant ce casque
3 devices sont connectés sur ces diffuseurs :
* le téléphone de mon épouse
* mon téléphone
* l'ordinateur

Nos deux téléphones sont bien connectés en Bluetooh au 3 modes de diffusion. En revanche, l'ordinateur ne veut plus rien connecter en Bluetooh.
Mon ordi est sous UBUNTU 22.04.3 et bureau GNOME 42.9

CONSTATS :
* Dans la barre des tâches, il me dit bien que Bluetooth est activé (Attention l'icône n'est pas affichée dans la barre des tâches!!!)
* si je vais dans 'paramètres', il affiche bien l'amplificateur fixe et le Bose MAIS PAS le casque ROSELAND
* il n'accepte pas de connecter aucun des 3 modes de diffusion

J'ai essayé via 'bluetoothctl' les fonctions
*status bluetooth : il est indiqué active
* scan on : il "voit" bien les 2 premiers modes diffuseur fixe et Bose mais pas le casque
* J'ai aussi essayé 'pair' et 'connect' (j'ai l'adresse MAC du casque)

J'avoue que je ne m'y retrouve plus et j'ai bien besoin de votre aide !!!

Il faudrait fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth
dpkg -l | grep blue
rfkill list all
sudo service bluetooth status | cat

  • triple clic gauche pour sélectionner et copier une ligne entière

  • clic molette pour coller dans le terminal

Je viens d'installer pulseaudio. A tout hasard j'ai lancé 'pulseaudio' comme commande et voici la réponse :

Et je fais quoi maintenant ?
J'avoue que je ne suis pas très familiarisé avec LINUX mais, grâce à des conseils comme ceux que je reçois via le Forum, je progresse à grands pas.

l'adresse MAC

correspond au diffuseur BOSE sound color link
Par ailleurs le diffuseur BD:D3:C4:59:43:52 qui correspond au diffuseur fixe n'est pas reprise

sudo apt install --reinstall blueman

avec un redémarrage.

@xubu1957: pour le #17, pas besoin d'installer blueman, il y a déjà gnome-bluetooth installé

Pour le casque roseland, la raison c'est qu'il faut probablement l'allumer et juste après essayer de l'appairer au pc. Après il doit passer en veille.

il faut mettre le bon fichier au bon endroit.
Tu peux passer

sudo mv BCM20702A1-0a5c-640b.hcd /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM20702A1-0a5c-640b.hcd

suivi d'un redémarrage, d'un essai d'appairage et si ça marche pas tu peux donner

sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware

L'installation de pulseaudio-module-bluetooth était effectivement nécessaire.

Par "j'ai installé pulseaudio", tu veux dire que tu l'as réinstallé? Tu as toujours du son sur ton pc?

@xubu1957: tout à fait, en fait l'idée c'est de récupérer sur le github de winterheart le bon fichier et de le mettre au bon endroit, cad /lib/firmware/brcm/
Mais je comprends pas pourquoi il a disparu (car de ce que j'ai compris le bluetooth marchait avant)
