dongle bluetooth ASUS BT400 ne fonctionne pas [RÉSOLU]

bonjour,
suite à mon poste de hier https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2082317
j'ai acheté un dongle bluetooth ASUS BT500 --je la branche et l'icone bluetooth apparaît bien en haut à droite (ubuntu 20.0)
mais il ne detecte pas mes enceintes.
faut-il installer un pilote ??

Il faudrait fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth
dpkg -l | grep blue
rfkill list all
sudo service bluetooth status | cat

il precise bien que sa manip fonctionne si "hcitool scan" trouve le bluetooth mais c'est pas mon cas

Le noyau 5.4 indiquerait une version 20.04 focal, et en relisant [Résolu] Dongle Bluetooth 5 - MPOW BH456A, je me demande s'il ne faudrait pas tenter de passer sur des noyaux 5.15 avec le HWE.

le driver proposée sur le site ASUS specifie ..Support kernel 2.6.32 - 5.7.1

je viens d'avoir un message d'erreur de ubuntu avec demande d'envoi aux développeurs:
crash blueman
mais je n'arrive pas à copier/coller les donnees détailles pour les ajouter ici
