[Résolu] Bluetooth rtl8821ce : souris impossible a appairé
Bonjour,
J'ai interrompu de force la mise à jour de mon ordinateur (oui, je suis débile mais on a tous droit à l'erreur(enfin j'éspère qu'on a tous droit à l'erreur). J'ai donc réinstallé un nouveau système d'exploitation en supprimant l'ancien.
Cependant, au moment de coupler ma souris Logitech MX Vertical, la souris ne se couple plus. Pourtant, j'ai réussi à coupler mon casque audio sans problème.
J'ai donc tenté de cibler le problème en utilisant GPT. J'en suis arrivé à cela avec la commande bluetoothctl :

Et alors, j'arrive à l'utiliser pendant 10 à 20 secondes avant qu'elle ne se déconnecte et qu'elle me redemande de s'apparé. il est considérer pendant ce lapse de temps comme connecté mais pas apparé
A savoir que le materielle Logitech ne nésscité pas de micrologiciel en plus (c'est dans la doc de ubuntu) et mon materielle est bien a jour avec le classique apt install update et upgrade et j'ai aussi essayer de mettre a jour ma souris avec le logiciel solaar

Tu pourras pas compiler un pilote aussi vieux. 6 ans pour un pilote noyau c'est une éternité.
Ta souris peut se connecter en USB, en unifying (un bluetooth propriétaire made by logitech et qui demande un dongle), ou en bluetooth. Tu es sûr que ta souris parle en bluetooth quand tu essaies de l'appairer? Je sais pas comment on choisit entre appairage unifying ou bluetooth

Oui elle parle bien bluetooth et je fais la même manipulation que sur mon dernier OS où elle marchait très bien.
Et aussi j'ai déinstallé le "fix" car il faisait encore plus bug mon bluetooth

trust MAC
pair MAC
connect MACen remplaçant par le MAC de ta souris. Tu noteras le "privacy on", j'ai vu des posts qui en parlent, normalement l'appareil est censé prévenir mais c'est peut-être pas le cas (le bluetooth c'est la jungle)

En fait j'avais trouvé les mêmes erreurs sur d'autres périphériques bluetooth qui n’annonçaient pas lé nécessité du mode privacy.
Effectivement, je pensais que les commandes de btmgmt étaient les mêmes que bluetoothctl

Ici, quelqu'un a rencontré le même problème sur une Archlinux. Il a résolu le problème en utilisant un noyau LTS (arch) au lieu du noyau plus récent.
Il faudrait donc voir quelle version du noyau tu utilises, avec :
uname -aSi tu utilises une version 6.x, il faudrait voir à installer une autre version de noyau.

Oui, surtout qu'il semble y avoir des problèmes avec cette nouvelle version de noyau.
As tu refait ton live usb avant de réinstaller? Si non, je pense que tu peux tester depuis le live usb l'appairage de la souris, et donner la version du noyau dessus. Si ça marche avec un noyau 5.x, on pourra repasser sur les anciens noyaux

Ben dans un premier temps on pourrait booter sur un noyau précédent (option de grub, à sélectionner au démarrage)
Sinon il serait intéressant de savoir si la souris fonctionne en live (et si oui, avec quel noyau) (ok, Nulliel vient de le dire ...)

Est-ce qu'il faut que je reste sur un 5.x ou que je devrais essayer un 6.1.25-1-lts pour évite le plus de bug ?

Sur chaque distribution Linux, ils peuvent utiliser des versions de noyaux différentes. Il ne faut donc pas se baser sur les numéros de version des autres distributions.
Pour ce qui te concerne, il faut supprimer les paquets HWE et (re)installer les paquets correspondants au noyau de base de la 22.04.
Commence par installer (noyau 5.x) ce qui suit :
sudo apt install linux-genericQuand ce sera OK, on verra pour supprimer les paquets du HWE.

c'est bon j'ai installer le nouveau noyau. Si j'ai pas de problème de stabilité on est d’accord qu'il vaut mieux garder les paquet HWE non ?

On va vérifier que tu as bien démarré sur la version 5.x avec :
uname -aTu peux conserver le noyau HWE. Le problème est que tu devras choisir le bon noyau à chaque démarrage. De mon côté, je préfère le supprimer. Tu pourras toujours le réinstaller si besoin.

Le problème est que tu devras choisir le bon noyau à chaque démarrage.
Pas besoin de choisir... il suffit de dire à grub de démarrer sur le dernier noyau utilisé en ajoutant ces deux lignes au fichier /etc/default/grub
GRUB_SAVEDEFAULT="true"
GRUB_DEFAULT="saved"et ne pas oublier de mettre à jour grub afin que les modifications soient prises en compte
sudo update-grub«C'est pas parce qu'ils sont nombreux à avoir tort qu'ils ont raison!»
