apt-get: error while loading shared libraries

Bonjour,
En voulant installer la fonction scan de ma nouvelle lexmark CX310n, j'ai téléchargé le paquet libstdc++.so.6. Comme cela ne fonctionnait pas, je l'ai enlevé... trop brutalement -je suis loin d'être experte- et maintenant je ne peux même plus ouvrir ma session ubuntu en mode graphique. Quand je tape mon mot de passe, il me renvoie en boucle sur la page où je dois remettre le mot de passe. il reboucle aussi quand j'essaie le lancer une session invité. Par contre, je peux accéder au système en tapant alt + ctrl + f6 mais quand je tente une commande avec apt, par exemple apt-get, il me renvoie le message suivant : apt-get : error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.-: cannot open shared objectfile : No such file or directory. Je suis sous Ubuntu 14.04.6 LTS et j'ai une architecture 32 bits.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire ! Pouvez vous m'aider ?

Bonjour ,
Peut etre qu ' une solution , si tu es sure de n' avoir desinstaller que cette bibliotheque , serait de la telecharger a partir d ' un autre ordi sur une clé USB , puis de l' installer manuellement via dpkg si il fonctionne sur l' ordi qui a le soucis .

Bon, ça y est j'ai réussi à  réinstaller mon paquet qui reste cassé mais au moins, apt fonctionne...

Salut,

Tu peux commencer par tenter ça 

ls /var/cache/apt/archives| grep libstdc

si tu as de la chance, tu auras un truc du style 

libstdc++6_10.2.0-5ubuntu1~20.04_amd64.deb
libstdc++6_8.3.0-26ubuntu1~18.04_amd64.deb

Ensuite tu peux tenter un dpkg en choisissant le fichier adapté à ta version 14.04. Dans mon cas puisque je suis sur 20.04 ça donnerait :

sudo dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/libstdc++6_10.2.0-5ubuntu1~20.04_amd64.deb

Merci encore à tous. Mon problème d'accès à ma session graphique est donc résolu mais je ne parviens pas à réparer mon paquet cassé. En effet quand je tente de réparer mon paquet cassé en ligne de commande cela me donne ça :

              Dépend: libgcc-s1 (>= 4.2) mais il n'est pas installable
E: Erreur, pkgProblem::Resolve a généré des ruptures, ce qui a pu être causé par les paquets devant être gardés en l'état.
E: Impossible de corriger les dépendances[/code]

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée ?

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -f

que donne :

find ~ ! -user $USER

et

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

et 

dpkg configure -a

oulà , ca faisait un petit moment que j ' avais pas vu de l ' ubuntu 12.X big_smile , ca me rappelle mes debuts lol

cependant cette version n' est plus maintenue depuis plusieurs années ; que donne :

lsb_release -id

a la vue du retour de : 

sudo apt update

il y a un bon nettoyage a faire , ca melange plusieurs versions , cependant je prefere laisser la main a ce niveau là , je ne pense pas avoir les competences pour gerer cela , desolé .
On va attendre quelqu ' un de plus experimenté pour prendre le relais .

Version lucid

Depuis le 09 mai 2013, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS pour postes de travail est en fin de vie (end of life, EOL), et depuis le 30 avril 2015 pour les serveurs. Elle ne profite plus de nouvelle mise à jour de sécurité et les paquets logiciels pour cette version sont déplacés dans des serveurs d'archive. Pour continuer à recevoir des mises à jour de sécurité, veuillez mettre à niveau votre version d'Ubuntu vers une version activement soutenue.

Oui je sais que j'ai une vieille version. J'ai aussi un vieil ordinateur et je n'ai jamais réussi à faire la migration sur une version plus récente. Et comme sinon, je suis très contente de la manière dont ma version d'Ubuntu fonctionne... J'ai un autre petit portable sous Ubuntu 20.04 et je ne trouve pas que la version récente soit beaucoup mieux.

Mais mon problème était quand même de réparer mon paquet cassé et si possible de faire fonctionner mon scanner Lexmark. Est ce que c'est possible avec ma configuration actuelle ?

Je suis allée dans les paramètres système et effectivement dans la partie "logiciels et mises à jour" il y a bien la norion d'installables à partir d'un CDROM mais ce n'est pas cochable ou décochable.

Pour le problème de CD-ROM, passer cette commande une seule fois (elle ne donne pas de retour) :

sudo sed -i '/Quantal/d' /etc/apt/sources.list

Il faudrait aussi remplacer lucid par trusty :

sudo sed -i 's/lucid/trusty/' /etc/apt/sources.list

Je pense qu'il faudrait aussi supprimer les dépôts proposed :

sudo sed -i '/proposed/d' /etc/apt/sources.list

Et voir ce que donnent les mises à jour :

sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade

Y aurait-il un problème avec l'utilisation de ipv6 ? Essaye ça :

sudo sed -i '/precedence \:\:ffff\:0\:0\/96  100/s/#//' /etc/gai.conf

et à nouveau :

sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
