[RESOLU]ATI 9800 pro AGP: pas d'acceleration 3D

Bonsoir,

   j'essaie d'installer depuis plusieurs jours la 3d sur ma ubuntu 6.10 64bit toute neuve, et je n'y arrive pas.

lorsque je tapes fglrxinfo j'ai le message ci dessous.

Pourtant j'ai installé avec envy le driver et la manip s'est bien passée, le xorg.conf est bon, le etc/modules aussi.

par contre j'ai une erreur au chargement, extrait de dmesg

voila, je suis aller dans le bios , pour l'agp on trouve le choix de la vitesse du bus 66 mhz (par defaut), le nombre de fois en auto et c'est tout.

que puis je faire??

petit nouveau ossi (je m'inscris sous peu vous inquiétez pas ) donc je suis en plein dedans ossi  en ce moment.

ton message est sensiblement similaire à cette page. donc je pense pas dire de connerie en disant que ça fonctionne pour toi !

A priori ton xorg est foireux .

Essayes de virer cette section :

je suis pas spécialiste mais en comparant avec mon xorg.conf, je pense que ebrain a raison...

le seveur x est plante, ça fait 2 heures que j'essaie de récupere le bon fichier

maintenant c'est ok, ça ma permis de découvrir les commandes consoles )

et aussi nano.

et de transpirer un peu.

j'ai l'impression que mon probleme est en amont avec les problem d'agp aux moment du boot.

où met on

iommu=memaper=2

??

Bonjour,

j'ai enfin trouvé le problème, il fallait mettre 64 mb pour l'AGP dans le bios.

il y a un menu cache dans le bios de la carte mère (Gygabyte K8NSV), pour avoir ce menu faire Ctrl F1 sur la premiere page du bios pour avoir plus d'option.
Le fglrxinfo est ok
