Résolution d'écrans 1366x768
Bonjour,
Je viens d'acquérir un Athlon 64 X2 dual core 4600 avec une carte graphique MSI GeForce 7300 GS et une télé lcd que je connecte via HDMI
J'ai installé la dernière ubuntu 64
Tout fonctionne sauf que je n'ai pas de définition supérieure à 800x600 (même après avoir installé les drivers proprio comme décrit dans la documentation) alors que je peux normalement avoir du 1366x768 60hz sur cet écran, et le bureau est coupé sur les côté, je ne vois qu'une partie des menus haut et bas.
J'ai recherché dans les forum et la documentation mais je ne sais pas trop ce qu'il faut faire.
Est-ce que que quelqu'un a entendu parlé ce problème ou des informations pouvant m'aider

Sinon, tu as bien installé les derniers drivers nvidia proprio? Ou les open source?

Oui j'ai installé la dernière version des driver proprio.
En regardant dans la config Nvidia X Server Setting je peux passer en 1280x720 mais cela me donne une image très mauvaise et j'ai toujours les bord du bureau coupé.
J'ai ajouté le ModeLine comme indiqué mais ce n'est pas mieux.

tu as mis 1368x768 au lieu de 1366x768 mais je ne sais pas si ça va corriger ton problème

Oui à force de le modifier j'ai fini par faire une erreur, mais effectivement cela ne change rien après correction.

J'ai abandonné et utilise la connexion classique et pas le HDMI/DVI. Et j'arrive à mettre le 1280x768 lequel me va.
