[Résolu] Perte de wifi après installation d'Ubuntu 26.04

Bonjour,

J'ai décidé de passer d'Ubuntu 24.04 à 26.04. Tout s'est bien passé pendant l'installation mais après le redémarrage suite à la MAJ du système je n'ai plus accès au wifi (je vous écris en utilisant le réseaux de mon téléphone via un câble). J'ai parcouru des vidéos et articles de forums mais je ne trouve pas de solution. Si une âme charitable pourrait m'aider svp.

Tu as un noyau 7.0.0-1008-oem, montre les retours de :

sudo apt update

et d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" : 

sudo apt purge ~c

comme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté dans ce message

et pour du matériel Wifi Intel, on a les pilotes iwlwifi

Tu devrais tester avec le noyau 7.0.0-27.

Curieux que cela fonctionne, je viens de vérifier sur une vm 26.04
le firmware rtlwifi/rtl8192eefw.bin n'existe pas d'où le bug.
Par contre il existe le firmware /usr/lib/firmware/rtlwifi/rtl8192eu_nic.bin.zst
C'est précisément le problème décrit dans le bug Ubuntu.
ICI ton message d'erreur :

juin 29 19:07:12 kevin-MS-7C89 kernel: rtl8192ee 0000:02:00.0: Direct firmware load for rtlwifi/rtl8192eefw.bin failed with error -2

Il faut donc créer un lien symbolique :

cd /usr/lib/firmware/rtlwifi
sudo ln -s rtl8192eu_nic.bin.zst rtl8192eefw.bin.zst

et rebooter

Dans le doute je te laisse la solution ci-dessus, à toi de voir, il est possible que le correctif soit passé pourtant le bug est toujours dans l'état de confirmation.

Il serait intéressant de ressortir les logs du POST #13
