[Résolu]18.04 vers 20.04

Bonjour,
j'ai cru comprendre que l'on pouvait migrer de 18 à 20 en gardant un maximum de l'installation de la 18 (jusqu'ici, à chaque mise à niveau, je repartais à zéro).
J'ai donc cloné, via dd, mon SSD 18.04 pour tester la mise à niveau sur un autre SSD.
Quand je démarre sur le nouveau SSD 18, ça plante d'abord (il ne se passe rien), puis à la seconde tentative j'obtiens '*Ubuntu' en haut à gauche, je fais RC et j'obtiens des messages CLI. Si je fais "ls" j'observe qu'il n'y a pas de répertoire home.
J'ai dû rater quelque chose...

Si je repars avec mon SSD initial :
1. il ne se passe rien, comme lors de la première tentative avec le cloné
2. je dois faire RC sur '*Ubuntu', ce qui n'est jamais le cas habituellement.

Il serait bon de faire un point sur ton installation...
Faire un Bootinfo serait déjà une bonne base...
Parce-que là ton histoire n'est pas très net...

merci,
normalement le démarrage se passe bien, sans problème. Le seul manque de "netteté" fait suite au démarrage sur le SSD cloné.
Ceci dit je ne sais pas ce qu'est le "bootinfo".
