[Résolu] Errreur fatale de Kmail
Bonjour,
Je souhaiterais réutiliser Kmail après plusieurs années d'abandon, mais au lancement, j'obtiens le message suivant :
"Le client de messagerie a rencontré une erreur fatale et va s'arrêter maintenant.
L'erreur était : Parent collection can not contain sub-collections"
Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée de résolution du problème ?

Ferme Kmail (ou Kontact) et lance-le via la ligne de commande : $ kmail
Et colle le résultat ici.

org.kde.pim.akonadicontrol: "AgentManager::agentInstanceSynchronize" Agent instance "akonadi_pop3_resource_0" has no resource interface!Ces lignes montrent qu'au moins deux comptes (imap et pop) existent et qu'il posent problème. Sans doute une ancienne configuration utilisée sur une vielle version.
Si tu veux repartir sur une configuration vierge dans Konsole :
- arrêt du service akonadi :
akonadictl stop- surpression de tous les comptes configurés :
rm -rf .config/akonadi*- suppression des bases de données akonadi :
rm -rf .local/akonadi*(Je donne les commandes de suppression des fichiers et dossiers mais tu peux aussi passer par Dolphin en affichant les fichiers cachés).
- tu fermes la session et tu la ré-ouvres.
