Ton imprimante est connectée en USB ou en réseau ?

Ça donne quoi avec la commande suivante ? Elle télécharge le plugin chez HP ?

Bonjour

Je voudrais pas te saper le moral, mais j'ai eu le même problème il y plusieurs mois et malgré toute la bonne volonté des aidants, j'ai dû y renoncer... Mais j'avais un plan B, un portable avec Windows installé dessus qui ne sert que pour scanner. Un peu contraignant mais quand on n'a pas le choix...

Mon problème est probablement dû tout simplement à mon PC de bureau, qui est en 32 bits et est incapable de gérer le scan. Car, avec mon portable, tout fonctionne avec la même imprimante que la tienne : Scanner et imprimante, que ce soit sous Ubuntu ou Windows, et ce sans avoir installé ou modifié quoi que ce soit dans le terminal. Ceci dit, si ton PC est bien en 64 bits oublie ce que tu viens de lire ! Bon courage !!!

Essaie d'installer python-dbus à tout hasard mais je pense qu'il l'est déjà :

sudo apt-get install python3-dbus

Sinon, essaie de télécharger directement le script chez HP là.
Une fois qu'il est téléchargé (dans ton dossier Téléchargements) :

cd ~/Téléchargements
chmod +x hplip-3.21.4-plugin.run
sudo sh hplip-3.21.4-plugin.run

Est-ce qu'il l'installe ou tu as le même message d'erreur ?

Avec hp-scan ou xsane, si tu choisis le n° 2 (hpaio:/net/HP_ColorLaserJet_MFP_M282-M285?ip=192.168.0.46) au lieu du 1 sélectionné par défaut, c'est pareil ?

EDIT : tu as essayé de redémarrer ? C'est possible que le plugin HP mette en place des règles udev ou d'autres réglages qui sont chargés au démarrage.

Ça me crée une nouvelle imprimante à chaque fois et c'est pénible car il y en a 5 pour l'instant.
C'est vraiment un casse-tête

Je pense - et j'espère - qu’en faisant un clean install, je pourrai repartir sur des bases propres.

Je ne sais pas du tout mais je doute que ça fonctionne mieux. En tout cas, il faudra de toute façon installer le plugin et il n'y a pas vraiment de raison que ça se fasse différemment.

Quand je te disais de relancer la dernière commande et de répondre oui, c'était surtout pour savoir si à un moment il parlait du scanner, s'il le détectait ou s'il y avait toujours la même erreur qu'avant...

Pour les imprimantes multiples, tu devrais pouvoir les supprimer depuis les paramètres système. D'après la doc, ça devrait marcher aussi avec ça :

hp-setup -ir

(Je ne sais pas s'il faut ajouter l'IP de l'imprimante, s'il faut lancer la commande plusieurs fois pour supprimer les doublons un à un...)

Et sinon, est-ce que tu aurais la possibilité de brancher temporairement l'imprimante en USB sur ton PC pour voir si le scanner est reconnu comme ça ?

resultat scan : que ce soit réseau ou usb, l’imprimante se met en marche sur l'écran de l'imprimante "Numériser vers l'ordinateur" et ça reste tout le temps bloqué et bien sûr ça ne scanne pas.

Est-ce que l'imprimante fonctionne avec une session live ?

Moi non plus, je ne sais plus quoi faire.
J'ai un ami sur Bordeaux qui s'est proposé de faire un clean install.
Je pense que c'est à ce niveau la meilleure des solutions.
En tout cas je tiens très sincèrement à te remercier pour toute l'aide que tu m'as apportée, je sais que tu as passé beaucoup de temps et par les temps qui courent c'est très rare.
Encore merci.
Bien entendu, je te tiendrai au courant de la suite car je ne peux rester dans cette situation.

Grigouille, je n'ai pas essayé avec une session live. Je vais en parler à mon ami. Effectivement cela pourrait nous aider.
