Tu fais une recherche dans la dépôt corenominal qui contient ces polices et tu trouveras les sources :

Dans ton message d'erreur il y a :

Il n'y a pas de dépôt pour Precise. Voir ce lien....

Le paquet ttf-aenigma est proposé dans les dépôts officiels ubuntu. Pour l'installer :

sudo apt-get install ttf-aenigma

Le paquet ttf-liberation est proposé dans les dépôts officiels ubuntu. Pour l'installer :

sudo apt-get install ttf-liberation

Le paquet ttf-aefonts est remplacé par le paquet ttf-aenigma.
