Help with Sata !

Bon j'ai un vieux problème qui traine là :

/dev/sda:
 Timing cached reads:   1516 MB in  2.00 seconds = 756.98 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads:    6 MB in  3.12 seconds =   1.92 MB/sec

C'est un peu lent !!!
Mais quand je fais :

bob@bob-main:~$ sudo hdparm -c1 -d1 /dev/sda > code
 HDIO_SET_32BIT failed: Invalid argument

Voili voilou que faire ? Suis je une brelle avec le sata ? le fait que le disque soit légérement bousillé peut etre la source du pb ? (il a bcp du mal des fois sous windows (freeze) depuis une coupure de courant)
