Bonjour,
après avoir parcouru et essayé maints solutions et conseils pour installer une clef Bluetooth Belkin
Mini Bluetooth v4.0 Adaptater, dont :
configurer uen carte wifi sur Ubuntu
et
How can install wireless adaptater BCM4352
ou

je sèche...:rolleyes:.

merci pour ces propositions.
Le premier lien renvoyant au second, qui est une méthode manuelle de création du pilote manquant, elle me semble équivalente à celle que j'avais indiquée dans le lien suivant :

à la différence près qu'elle est "automatique" et que dans mon cas elle n'a pas fonctionnée...

J'ai donc décidé de tenter la méthode manuelle  askubuntu.com/questions/632336/bluetoot … nt-working
Elle m'a permis de trouver le pilote pour le type de ma machine (amd64), mais lorsque je lance la conversion par "hex2hcd" ça ne marche pas et j'obtiens :

Copy the following firmware file to system:       Copiez le fichier de microprogramme suivant dans le système :

sudo wget -O /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM20702A1-050d-065a.hcd "https://github.com/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware/blob/master/brcm/BCM20702A1-050d-065a.hcd?raw=true"

Then reboot or:                           Ensuite, redémarrez ou :

sudo modprobe -r btusb

sudo modprobe btusb

Merci pour le complément de commande ,
3 choses se passent :
- je vois la clef USB par l'appli Bluewho. La clef clignote pendant la recherche et s'affiche (je ne sais pas incorporer une image dans le texte et l'URL indiquée sur la balise ne répond pas)
- je ne la vois pas dans l'appli Bluez..., bien que la clef clignote pendant la recherche
- il m'est impossible de la détecter avec mon smartphone...
que faire encore ?

sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart

Et montre ensuite :

dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware

Bonsoir,
comme proposé, j'ai passé la commande indiquée par moko138 et redémarré.
Depuis, Bluez ne voit toujours rien, mais Bluewho lui voit la clef et elle clignote constamment.
En regardant les paramètres par Bluewho, je vois qu'il n'y a pas de service disponible;
J'imagine qu'il en faudrait un ?

je relance la discussion au sujet de ma clef USB BELKIN BCM20702, car malgré les conseils avisés de XUBU1957 et de moko 138, qui ont déjà réglés d'autres choses qui n'étaient pas correctes, cette clef ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Je suis à l'écoute de tous ceux qui voudraient bien m'aider et les remercie d'avance.

Tu peux allumer par exemple le bluetooth de ton smartphone, le mettre en visible (que le pc puisse le détecter), puis donner

hcitool scan

(ça permet de scanner les appareils bluetooth alentours)

merci pour cette reprise de témoin transmis par xubu1957 qui m'a déjà aidé à mettre le pilote de la clef Bluetooth en position.
Pour répondre à la demande voici le résultat de la commande.
Je joins également la version du noyau car depuis cette dernière mise à jour, l'application Blueman 2.0.4, "voit" mon smartphone mais ne me permet pas d'échanger de données, ni de connecter mon casque sans fil Jabra.

En réalité blueman ne voit pas le smartphone, par contre ton smartphone est resté dans le cache de blueman (c'est uniquement pour cela qu'il apparaît)
Peux tu refaire la manip avec le téléphone très près du pc? Il faudrait que hcitool voit les périphériques bluetooth

Après avoir effacer l'image de mon smartphone dans Blueman, j'ai mis mon smartphone juste au dessus des port USB en haut de mon ordi...
et Blueman ne voit rien. Je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas comment à un instant donné il a pu le voir...

Alors, mine de rien ça avance.

En effet, j'ai réussi à associer mon smartphone et mon casque audio à la clef USB,
même à transférer un fichier vers le smartphone par le BT, mais pas l'inverse.
C'est pas grave j'ai deux solutions de rechange.
Par contre pour le casque audio c'est plus gênant.
Selon l'image jointe, il y a transmission entre mon PC te le casque, je vois le débit de transmission évolué.

Pour l'essai la source audio est Spotify. J'ai cherché à modifier la sortie du son sur la fenêtre de réglage :

Mais rien n'y a fait
J'ai cherché sur les sites UBUNTU pour régler la question du son, je suis tombé sur Bluez-btsco, j'ai renoncé
Merci de m'indiquer comment je peux régler ce problème.

après divers démêlés avec la clef Bluetooth et mon casque audio Jabra pour y faire arriver le son, maintenant ça marche.
J'ai consulté divers forums en anglais qui m'ont orienté vers Pulse audio.
J'ai ainsi installé des paquets dont je ne savais pas vraiment ni le but, ni le résultat :

 sudo apt-get install pulseaudio pulseaudio-module-bluetooth pavucontrol bluez-firmware
