probléme démarrage suite à instalation MAJ ubuntu 19.10

Bonjour,
suite à l'installation de ubuntu 19.10, mon pc ne démarrait plus, il restait bloqué sur le logo ubuntu avec les 3 petits points; J'ai essayé le recovery mode, réparé les paquets, il a redémarré une fois, puis même problème, alors je refais ce genre de manips, parfois il va jusqu'au mot de passe puis reste bloqué sur l'écran violet qui suit, et parfois arrive à redémarrer, mais si j'essaie de démarrer normalement il reste toujours bloqué sur les 3 points... Bref je ne comprend pas ce qu'il ce passe! J'ai installé boot repair, fait une réparation, qui n'a rien changé. Voici l'adresse du rapport: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/f4shwZ8w5B/

Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Tu devrais essayer de booter avec l'ancien noyau pour voir si le problème subsiste
Tu devrais aussi essayer de booter en mode recovery pour voir si c'est possible de finir l'installation et de mettre à jour les pilotes propriétaires

Bonjour,
oui, avec l'ancien noyau, le problème est le même...
le gestionnaire de MAJ me dit "aucun pilote additionnel disponible"
par contre il y a des MAJ disponibles, dois-je les installer?
J'ai démarré, mon pc fonctionne, mais je n'ose plus l'éteindre de peur de ne plus pouvoir redémarrer... Je me dit que je vais attendre avril comme ça et la sortie d'ubuntu 20.04, qu'en pensez-vous?

Bonjour,
Tu devrais te faire un LiveUSB Ubuntu 18.04.1 64 bits à partir du fichier ubuntu-18.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso à télécharger ici : http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases … -amd64.iso (voir nota)
Cette version 18.04.1 serait mieux adaptée à ton ordi et elle est maintenue jusqu'en Avril 2023 (source). En fait, tu n'aurais jamais dû installer la version 19.04 et installer directement cette version 18.04.1 quand tu as fait ton installation initiale.
Tu pourrais déjà essayer sans l'installer cette version 18.04.1 et si elle tourne bien dans ton ordi, tu pourrais en faire une installation toute neuve et toute propre - à la place de ton installation actuelle - après avoir sauvegardé sur un DD externe (ou sur un clé USB) les doc précieux que tu peux avoir dans ton install actuelle.

nota : si tu as un ordi équipé de Windows à portée de main, tu pourrais utiliser ma recette pour faire cette LiveUSB depuis Windows : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2028558

Et que penses-tu d'attendre ubuntu 20.04, tu crois que cette version sera adaptée à mon matériel, ou encore moins, et il faut vraiment que je remette 18.04?

Un train peut en cacher un autre :
- la 1910 ne convient pas à ton pc
- la mise à niveau vers 1910 a merdu (c'est souvent casse-gueule en effet)
Comprendre que l'un n'empèche pas l'autre !

La 180401 LTS te proposera le saut vers la 200400/01 puisque t'aimes ça (genre t'es maso) Tandis que t'as 1910 fera probablement un upgrade merdique vers 2004, donc réinstalle ? Ben alors si il faut réinstaller what the fuck anyway ?

Sinon, prévois ton groupe électrogène...
