mauvaise couleur d'écran [RESOLU]

Bonjour,

mon écran acer B223W affiche des couleurs étranges. Impossible de diférencier le rouge et le noir par exemple. J'ai tenté plusieurs manips indiquées dans la documentation sans changement. Quand je connecte le même écran à un autre ordi sous la même distribution xubuntu 18 04 pas de soucis.

Bonjour,
Tu as vérifié que le câble est bien connecté entre le pc et l'écran?
Tu peux démarrer sur la clé usb d'installation d'ubuntu, faire "essayer sans installer",et voir si le problème est le même

Tu as testé le câble aussi sur un autre ordi?
Tu peux aller dans le bios pour dire si le problème persiste (en gros, est ce que ça vient du connecteur ou de la partie graphique du processeur, ou d'autre chose)

Oui j'ai testé le câble sur un autre ordi et il va bien...
Dans le bios, on est sur des couleurs qui ne posent pas trop de problèmes mais il me semble que le blanc n'est pas au top. Sans certitudes...

Après vérification sur un autre ordi hp du même type il y a bien un problème de couleur dans le bios aussi, le rouge est presque noir.
J'ai contacté le vendeur puisque c'est une machine reconditionnée, je suis dans l'attente de sa réponse.
