Problème Bluetooth Acer

Bonjour,

J'écris cette discussion car j'ai un problème de Bluetooth sur Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS

Mon problème est que j'ai un ordinateur portable Acer Aspire E5-573 et donc avec le Bluetooth intégré.

Quand je vais sur les paramètre pour chercher des appareilles le button "activé le bluetooth" est grisé et sur le centre écrit " Pas de réseau bluetooth trouvé Branché la clé pour utilisé le bluetooth "

Tu as regardé les options du BIOS ?

Oui j'ai remarquer que y'avais pas sa ! et pour le bios j'ai vraiment pas trop d'option appart le boot en mode [ UEFI / Legacy ] et TouchePad , j'ai installer le blueman mais sans réponse je vais voir les autre options en attendant, Merci pour votre réponse

J'ai acheter une nouvelle clé usb bluetooth et sa me sort un loader qui ne s’arrête pas a chercher les périphérique mais aucun appareille n’apparaît !?
