Je pense qu'on pourrait mettre de côté la mise à jour du bios afin de voir le truc qui fonctionne pas sous linux et donc voir si ça vaut vraiment le coup de la faire (vu qu'avec le mode legacy, il décide de démarrer en mode efi)

Je suis d'accord. Le risque de la mise à jour ne doit être pris que s'il n'y a plus d'autres solutions et ce sera à Louis Hatte de prendre cette décision. Comme j'avais un peu de temps, j'avais cherché les informations.

Bonjour Naziel,

J'ai réinstallé un Ubuntu par dessus le Ubuntu qu'on avait installé avec comme seul paramètre modifié dans le BIOS le mode legacy sur Enable.
J'ai eu aucun soucis pour effectuer l'installation.

Après j'ai testé plusieurs choses :

Avec Legacy enable :
- mon Ubuntu m 'affiche l'erreur habituelle et se lance correctement puis tourne correctement (touchpad fonctionnel, aucun argument ajouté lors du boot).
- mon Winows tourne correctement.

Avec legacy disable (secure boot enable) :
- mon Ubuntu s'arrête sur l'erreur habituelle.
- mon Windows tourne correctement.

Je sais pas trop si je dois rester en mode Legacy Enable ou si il faut y remédier parce que Windows c'est de l'UEFI et Ubuntu aussi normalement. Est-ce que il vaudrait mieux chercher à corriger l'erreur par une mise à jour du BIOS pour rendre Ubuntu fonctionnel en Legacy disable ou rester en legacy enable ?

J'ai l'impression que l'option legacy est pétée et que ton ubuntu est en mode efi, sinon tu pourrais pas démarrer windows à partir de grub vu qu'il ne serait purement et simplement pas vu, et le retour de [ -d /sys/firmware/efi ] && echo "Session EFI" || echo "Session non-EFI" n'aurait pas été "session efi".

Les deux systèmes démarrent, donc pour moi il n'y a pas d'intérêt de repasser legacy à disable

Tu peux dire ce qui ne marche pas qu'on voit quoi appliquer pour résoudre les différents problèmes?

Selon toi je devrais regarder quoi qui marche ou marche pas ? Je sais pas trop quoi tester, pour le moment "tout marche". ^^

Donne le retour de

dmesg -lerr -lcrit

on verra ce que retourne le noyau comme erreurs (s'il y en a et ce n'est pas parce qu'il y en a qu'il y a un problème. On devrait retrouver les erreurs ACPI ua minimum)

Je vois qu'il y a nouveau. Si tu as des freezes, tu pourras installer le driver propriétaire nVidia

Dans les trucs à tester: le touchpad (notamment en terme qualitatif, s'il est précis...), le tactile, la webcam s'il y en a une et que tu t'en sers, le son en terme qualitatif (s'il est dégueu, pas assez fort, ...)

Bonjour Naziel et Nico,

Le touchpad est précis mais mon curseur de souris rétrécis parfois.
Par exemple quand mon curseur est sur l'écran de bureau il est de taille normal et si je le déplace sur la petite barre du haut avec le jour, l'heure la batterie du pc etc... ou encore sur la barre de gauche avec les icônes et bien il rétrécis... Ce bug s'arrête au bout d'un certain temps passé sur Ubuntu ou après une certaine manip je sais pas trop.

Le tactile marche parfaitement bien.
La webcam marche bien.
Le son c'est nickel.
Le wifi fonctionne

Par contre j'ai un autre bug que j'ai trouvé dans une situation particulière :
J'ai surligné dans un terminal de base Ubuntu un morceau de résultat de commande. Je suis passé sur une fenêtre différente en ayant toujours en visible le surlignement dans mon terminal et celui-ci s'est mis à clignoter violent

Je vais tester d'installer le driver propriétaire nVidia.

Avec le driver nVidia 430 propriétaire et testé j'ai toujours mon soucis de curseur qui se rétréci pendant les 10 premières secondes de ma session Ubuntu seulement donc au final ça va.

Sinon j'arrive plus à reproduire le bug de clignotement de surlignement dans un terminal Ubuntu du coup je pense que c'est résolu.

Par contre je sais pas si c'est un problème d'installation ça mais quand je lance une musique :
- Le son est correcte depuis mon ordinateur
- Si je branche un casque le son est correcte dans le casque
- Si je le débranche j'ai plus de son depuis mon Pc
- Si je rebranche mon casque j'ai toujours du son dedans.
En gros je perds le son des hauts parleurs du pc quand je branche mon casque.

Je sais pas si c'est une mauvaise configuration du logiciel de base qui gère le son ou si le problème remonte plus haut.

Edit:
Je n'ai plus ce problème de son. Mon son remarche correctement peut importe si je branche ou débranche... J'ai l'impression que j'ai différents bugs seulement vers le démarrage de ma session Ubuntu.
