ubuntu 18.04 Hplip LaserJet HP M1132 [Résolu]
Bonjour
j'ai perdu 3 jours pour essayer de faire fonctionner mon imprimante/scaner avec ubuntu 18.04.
J'ai essayé pas mal de conseils lus sur internet.
notamment en suivant le site

En gros désinstaller tout ce qui concerne Hplip
réinstaller l'hplip du dépot
installer les versions hplip-3.17.11, hplip-3.19.1, hplip-3.19.3 (à l'aide des hplip-3.17.11.run, hplip-3.19.1.run, hplip-3.19.3.run)
installer les plugins correspondants (à l'aide des hplip-3.17.11-plugin.run, hplip-3.19.1-plugin.run, hplip-3.19.3-plugin.run)
fait et rata-fait des update, upgrade et autoremove ...
bilan :
parfois j'ai réussi à imprimer (notamment avec la hplip-3.17.11)
mais jamais à utiliser le scan.
j'ai à nouveau désinstallé tout ce qui concerne Hplip
réinstallé l'hplip du dépot
maintenant j'obtiens :

oui bien sûr et j'ai refait ce qui a été dit
à part réinstaller complètement la 18.04.

Ben moi non plus à vrai dire.
J'ai donc recommencé tout pour la n+unième fois
en installant la version 3.17.11 et non la 3.19.3 qui ne fonctionne pas du tout ni encore moins celle du dépôt.
la 3.17.11 me permet d'imprimer mais pas de faire des scans.
Pourtant le hp-check voit le scaner et n'indique pas d'erreur.

encore merci pour votre aide.
L'imprimante fonctionne très bien,
mais pas le scaner.
Lorsque je lance xsane j'ai l'ouverture d'une fenêtre indiquant le message d'erreur :
Erreur d'ouverture du périphérique 'hpaio:/usb/HP_LaserJet_Professional_M1132_MFP?Serial= ... etc.
Erreur d'entrée/sortie sur le périphérique
lorsque je lance simpleScan j'ai la fenêtre
Echec de la numérisation
Impossible de se connecter au périphérique de numérisation

Ce qui ne me tente guère.
Dommage car cela règlera ton problème.
Quand je dis que l'imprimante fonctionne, cela inclut le scanner.
Tu peux tenter de désinstaller/installer :
hp-setup -irhp-setup -iaxDebian (xfce) 12

J'ai essayé à nouveau, mais aucun progrès.
L'imprimante fonctionne mais pas le scaner.
Je pense effectivement qu'il me faudra réinstaller la 18.04 malheureusement.

Tout est correct. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, j'ai tendance à croire que tu as fait une mise à niveau vers Ubuntu 18.04. Une installation fraîche doit régler ton problème.

A vrai dire je ne me souviens plus trop
mais c'est fort probable en effet.
Lorsque j'aurai pris mon courage à deux mains et mon clavier de l'autre
je réinstallerai ubuntu et je signalerai ici si tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

juste pour clore le sujet :
j'ai réinstallé complètement la version ubuntu 18.04.02
puis fait hp-setup -iax
et tout fonctionne très bien,
imprimante comme scanner.
