favoriser sur ubuntu l'overcloking

J'ai 8 gigas de ram décomposés en barettes de 2 gigas :
2 barettes sont des Corsair les 2 autres sont des Kingston

Je me suis fait aider pour overclocker le cpu en modifiant des paramètres dans le bios.
Cela a fonctionné pour cette configuration pour Ubuntu et Windows

Ubuntu 18.04 et Windows 10 démarrent sans difficulté
J'ai essayé de monter le "CPU Ratio Setting : [23.0]" à 24.0 mais le bios n'accepte pas cette modification et passe directement à 25.0
de même le "Fixed Voltage [1.25000]" a été augmenté à 1.3
Ubuntu 18.04 arrive jusqu'au gestionnaire de démarrage GRUB. Mais ensuite un kernel panic défile sur l'écran.
Existe-t-il des actions à faire sur Ubuntu pour faciliter, favoriser l'overclocking ?
