[RESOLU] Problème boot ubuntu

Salut à tous,
Merci d'avance pour le temps que vous me consacrerez, j'espère ne pas faire de doublon !

Je suis un Lenuxien novice et j'aimerais installer Ubuntu Budgie sur mon ACER ASPIRE R7 (anciennement Windows 10).

Pour ce faire, j'ai suivi la procédure LiveUSB classique avec Rufus.
J'ai l'impression que l'installation se passe correctement. Je veux qu'Ubuntu devienne mon unique OS et j'ai donc choisi de formater mon disque dur avec l'utilitaire d'installation ubuntu.

Le problème c'est que je n'arrive pas à booter sur ubuntu après redémarrage.
Le seul choix possible est de boot sur la clé USB et donc de recommencer à la toute première étape ... (à l'infini)

J'ai essayé plusieurs "choses" trouvées sur Internet : partitionner manuellement mon disque dur (info utile pour vous ?) ; tenter un boot-repair qui ne m'a pas plus aidé (http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/7YCwwkSWrh/).

Bref, j'ai beau faire des études en informatique, les systèmes ce n'est pas mon point fort... (c'est d'ailleurs pour ça que je me force à passer sur ubuntu)
Des solutions pour m'aider à enjoy ubuntu ? smile

PS : j'ai gardé un clé bootable Windows 10 si nécessaire.

Bonjour,

Je ne vais pas pouvoir t'aider mais ceux qui le pourront te demanderont certainement de fournir un rapport boot-info. Dans ton cs, il faudra démarrer sur une session live (avec ton liveUSB) et installer boot-info, ensuite tu exécuteras boot-info et tu postera le lien qui te sera donné dans ta réponse.

Je confirme ce que tu as mentionné : Boot-Repair ne peut pas réparer le démarrage. Je ne sais pas vraiment en quoi consiste les étapes réalisées ("select an uefi as trusted for executing" etc) et ce qu'est le fichier shimx64.efi mais ça marche ahah

J'ai l'impression que les problèmes sont récurrents avec les ACER.
Mon modèle c'est le Aspire R7-371T-55Q1 (https://www.laptopservice.fr/ordinateur … 03975.html).

Je peux tenter de t'expliquer brièvement ce que j'en comprends. Pour le logiciel UEFI d'un ordi Acer, seul le démarrage sur Windows est considéré comme sûr (trusted). Par contre, Acer a prévu la fonctionnalité "select an uefi file as trusted for executing" qui permet de créer une exception. C'est à dire que tu peux demander que le démarrage sur un fichier .efi soit également considéré comme "sûr" (de même que le démarrage sur Windows). Le fichier shimx64.efi est le chargeur d'amorçage de Ubuntu. Donc tu as créé une exception de sécurité pour autoriser le démarrage sur Ubuntu. Il ne s'agit pas à mon avis de "problèmes" comme tu as cru bon de le mentionner dans ton dernier post mais d'une procédure particulière pour les ordis Acer.

EDIT : je viens d'ajouter ton modèle d'ordi Aspire R7-371T-55Q1 dans la Liste des portables « Acer »
Pour mémoire, ce modèle - visible sur le lien que tu as donné - est équipé d'un processeur Intel Core i5-4210U et d'une partie graphique "Intel HD Graphics 4400" intégrée au processeur. Il n'y a pas de carte graphique dédiée.
A noter que ce modèle est parfois désigné "Acer Aspire R 13 R7-371T-55Q1" (voir ici) ou bien "Aspire R13 R7-371T-55Q1" (voir )
