[RÉSOLU] disparition de Flash après mise à jour

Bonjour,
Quand j'ai démarré mon PC ce matin, le système m'a proposé une mise à jour que j'ai acceptée comme d'habitude.
Manifestement quelque chose ne s'est pas passé comme prévu, car depuis, quand je veux jouer à mon jeu préféré en ligne, ce message s'affiche sur se page d'accueil :
"This game requires Flash version 10.0.0 to run.
Either Flash Player is not installed, or you do not have the minimum required version.
Click here to update or install Flash Player."

Pouvez-vous m'aider à m'en sortir ? Je précise que je suis prêt à faire toutes les manip qu'on m'indiquera, mais que je suis incapable de prendre quelque initiative que ce soit.

Bonjour,


Copie/colle, une commande après l'autre, dans le terminal :

sudo apt update
sudo apt install adobe-flashplugin

Puis pour faire les maj :

sudo apt full-upgrade

Si en retour tu as une/des erreur/s, copie/colle les dans ton message.

Voici la réponse à la commande "sudo apt install adobe-flashplugin" :

louis@louis-All-Series:~$ sudo apt install adobe-flashplugin
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
Aucune version du paquet adobe-flashplugin n'est disponible, mais il existe dans la base
de données. Cela signifie en général que le paquet est manquant, qu'il est devenu obsolète
ou qu'il n'est disponible que sur une autre source

E: Le paquet « adobe-flashplugin » n'a pas de version susceptible d'être installée

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

Edit : Le paquet se trouve dans Dépôt partenaire ou Dépôt commercial

Excuse-moi, j'ai du m'éloigner de l'ordinateur quelques instants.
Je viens de revenir. J'ai fait les 3 manip que tu m'as indiquées.
J'ai relancé Firefox.
Ça marche ! Mon jeu a repris son aspect habituel. Je vais pouvoir sauver le monde une fois de plus !
