Problème audio bluetooth

Bonjour à tous,

j'ai un problème, j'ai récemment fait l'acquisition d'oreillettes bluetooth, mais lorsque je les utilise avec mon PC (ASUS UX330UAK sous ubuntu 16.04 LTS), le son est saccadé et décalé par rapport à l'image, sur des videos en ligne comme sur des fichier .mp3, .mp4 etc...

Les écouteurs sont des M2 de yobola

PS: ils fonctionnent très bien avec un autre appareil comme mon smartphone

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth

sudo service bluetooth status

dpkg -l | grep blue

et :

rfkill list all

Astuce pour copier / coller sans erreur :

• triple clic gauche pour sélectionner et copier une ligne entière

• clic molette pour coller dans le terminal

Et la solution de la discussion :

Problème résolu finalement en ... éteignant + débranchant le PC (un Intel NUC6i3SYK).
Une fois rebranché / rallumé, le bluetooth s'est activé normalement.

Le bluetooth fonctionne car ma souris est connecté et mes écouteurs aussi (même s'il y a des bugs, le son passe)
Et j'avais déjà essayer de redémarrer mon PC...

I emailed Asus support and they say that the laptop only supports Windows.

You could consider disabling TPM if it is not being used.

J'ai envoyé un e-mail au support Asus et ils disent que l'ordinateur portable ne prend en charge que Windows.

Vous pourriez envisager de désactiver TPM (Trusted_Platform_Module) s'il n'est pas utilisé.

You can disable TMP in your BIOS: since you didn't knew about it, then you weren't using it in the first place (and chances are that you won't want to). It won't speed up boot time, but since this chip will be de-activated in the first place, it will save you some battery time in your Inspiron 5567. Do verify however afterwards that dmesg doesn't get spammed with numerous messages in regards to it, some kernels on occasion do so...

Vous pouvez désactiverTMP dans votre BIOS : puisque vous ne le saviez pas, vous ne l'utilisiez pas en premier lieu (et il y a de fortes chances que vous ne le vouliez pas). Cela n'accélérera pas le temps de démarrage, mais comme cette puce sera désactivée en premier lieu, cela vous permettra d'économiser du temps de batterie dans votre Inspiron 5567. Vérifiez cependant par la suite que dmesg n'est pas spammé avec de nombreux messages à son sujet, certains noyaux le font à l'occasion.....

Je l'ai installé, cela ne change pas grand chose, d'ailleurs c'est maintenant au tour de ma souris bluetooth d'avoir des mouvements saccadés aussi
