[Résolu] Ubuntu sur un disque GPT avec Windows 7 préexistant dualboot
Bonjour,
y aurait-il quelqu'un pour résoudre ce casse tête ?
Gparted est incapable de voir mes partitions sur le disque GPT sur lequel Windows 7 est déja installé en bios legacy.
(il perçoit l'ensemble du disque comme de l'espace inalloué alors même qu'il y a déjà plusieurs partitions existantes dessus ?!?)
Conséquence :
le programme d'installation Ubuntu ne me propose pas d'installer Ubuntu en dualboot à côté de windows.
Comment faire pour installer Ubuntu en dualboot sur un disque GPT en bios legacy avec Windows 7 déjà préalablement installé dessus ?
D'avance merci pour votre aide si quelqu'un a une réponse à cette question qui me turlupine déjà depuis plusieurs jours et à laquelle malgré de multiples recherches, je n'ai trouvé aucune solution.

Merci Caribou pour ta réponse.
J'aurais peut-^etre du choisir un autre jour pour poser ma question, car un tecnhnicien va arriver chez moi d'ici une heure pour me changer de fournisseur internet. Quand il repartira, je serai probablement privé de connexion pendant 48 heures d'après ce qu'on m'a dit.
Du coup je fonce pour te donner les renseignements que tu m'as demandé. Mon boot info devrait ^etre acccessible en cliquant sur le lien ci-dessous, si j'ai bien compris...

-z, --zap zap (destroy) GPT (but not MBR) data structures

C'était, au cas où tu n'aurais pas trop compris le document anglais, une autre façon de réaliser strictement la même chose avant de faire l'installation

Merci infiniment pour ton aide Malbo.
Je t'écris depuis ma partition Ubuntu qui s'est installée sans le moindre souci.
Le dualboot fonctionne à merveille. Aussi bien Ubuntu (super rapide à charger) que Windows.
J'ai juste eu une petite frayeur pendant l'install, parce que j'étais habitué à ce que l'installateur me demande combien d'espace je voulais allouer à Ubuntu. Là il a carrément sauté cette étape et s'est emparé de tout l'espace vide disponible sur le disque sans me demander mon avis. Par chance c'était justement l'espace que je comptais lui réserver. ouf...
Pourrais je te demander si tu comprends un tuto de hackintosh concernant une carte graphique Intel HD4000 qui me fait souffrir depuis des semaines (peut-être par mail car ce n'est pas l'objet de ce forum ?), car tu m'as l'air beaucoup plus calé en informatique que le pauvre autodidacte que je suis ?
En tout cas concernant ce sujet il va pouvoir être clos comme étant résolu.

Pour ta carte graphique, je ne suis pas le bon cheval. Je suis quasi nul en problèmes graphiques.
Pour mettre la présente discussion en "résolu", je te prie de procéder comme suit :
1) te connecter sur le forum
2) cliquer sur "Modifier" en bas à droite de ton PREMIER post
