Re : Ordinateurs Portables - Deux cartes graphiques - NVIDIA Optimus

dpkg -l | grep -i 3.11.0-15
ii linux-headers-3.11.0-15 3.11.0-15.25~precise1 Header files related to Linux kernel version 3.11.0
ii linux-headers-3.11.0-15-generic 3.11.0-15.25~precise1 Linux kernel headers for version 3.11.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP
ii linux-image-3.11.0-15-generic 3.11.0-15.25~precise1 Linux kernel image for version 3.11.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP

Re : Ordinateurs Portables - Deux cartes graphiques - NVIDIA Optimus

Bonjour

Basic Setup

You need to open your terminal and enter the commands below.

If on 12.04.3, replace linux-headers-generic with linux-headers-generic-lts-raring.

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bumblebee/stable
Enable the Universe and Multiverse repositories (for bumblebee and nvidia packages respectively).

    sudo apt-get update
Install Bumblebee using the default proprietary nvidia driver for 12.04 - 13.04 :

    sudo apt-get install bumblebee bumblebee-nvidia virtualgl linux-headers-generic
        And for 13.10 :

    sudo apt-get install bumblebee bumblebee-nvidia primus linux-headers-generic
    Reboot

Alors essaye ceci : sudo apt-get install --reinstall bbswitch-dkms

Re : Ordinateurs Portables - Deux cartes graphiques - NVIDIA Optimus

Bonjour,
d'après ce résultat :

navarre@navarre-Precision-M6800:~$ lspci -vnn | egrep 'VGA|3D'
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation 4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0416] (rev 06) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Saturn [Radeon HD 8950] [1002:6640] (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
navarre@navarre-Precision-M6800:~$

@navarreetienne: Non, car tu as une carte AMD.

Re : Ordinateurs Portables - Deux cartes graphiques - NVIDIA Optimus

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … ug/1220865
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … ug/1220426

sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo apt-get purge bbswitch-dkms bumblebee-nvidia
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic
sudo apt-get install bbswitch-dkms bumblebee-nvidia

 sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic

n'as rien installé du tout ...

Re : Ordinateurs Portables - Deux cartes graphiques - NVIDIA Optimus

Retour d'expérience sur PC Fixe

Bonjour,

- /etc/bumblebee/bumblebee.conf : PMMethod=auto -> PMMethod=none car BBswitch ne fonctionne pas dans mon cas
- /etc/bumblebee/xorg.conf.nvidia : #BusID "PCI:01:00:0" -> BusID "PCI:02:00:0" Afin d'utiliser par défaut la CG du bas (mieux refroidi)

nvidia 0000:01:00.0: irq 51 for MSI/MSI-X
nvidia 0000:02:00.0: irq 52 for MSI/MSI-X

Merci
