[Résolu] Grub disparu

Bonsoir à la communauté; j'étais en dual boot Windows 10 et Ubuntu 18.04 sur un Lenovo Yoga 500.
En voulant faire une mise à niveau vers Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, une "patouille" est survenue (Quand? Comment?), et mon ordi démarre maintenant directement sur Ubuntu sans me laisser le choix comme avant; plus de Grub!
J'ai essayé différentes manips de récupération du Grub (dont "sudo grub-install" qui m'indique que tout s'est installé normalement?) parmi lesquelles:
"sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boo-repair"
puis "sudo apt-get update"
puis "sudo apt-get install y boot-repair && boot-repair
qui m'indique qu'apparemment tout s'est bien passé, mais en redémarrant, rien de changé, toujours impossible de trouver Windows!
il m'est indiqué une URL que je dois indiquer en cas de problème persistant, il s'agit de:

Je n'y connais pas grand-chose, est-ce que cela parle à quelqu'un(e)???

À vu de nez ton problème est dans ce fichier de configuration de GRUB :

Ajoute  ou modifie cette ligne dans le fichier  de paramétrage (/etc/default/grub)

GRUB_TERMINAL=console

avec prise en compte

sudo update-grub

C'est au moins le second en très peu de temps... Que ce passe-t-il avec GRUB ? Il fait grève de windows ? Ce serait bien de savoir pourquoi on a ces problèmes et pourquoi bootrepair n'arrive pas à la voir et la corriger...

Zut, pas assez rapide, ma réponse a disparu, je recommence!
Merci pour vos réponses et comme je ne suis VRAIMENT pas doué, dans l'ordre d'arrivée:
- QID: tu mets le doigt sur le problème, mais je fais quoi?
- geole: "fichier de paramétrage"? il se trouve dans un terminal? Et je tape: "GRUB_TERMINAL=console", puis "sudo update-grub"?
- Malbo (toujours là quand il faut): dois-je donc désactiver le mode "secure" au démarrage? Comment? Et comment exploiter toutes les infos que tu m'a transmises? Le "GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE=hidden" pose-t-il problème?

BRAVO Malbo, il semble que j'ai récupéré mon grub; au redémarrage, j'ai de nouveau le choix entre Ubuntu et windows!
