[Résolu] Ubuntu 18.04 lent au démarrage après migration SSD

Bonjour.

Je suis sous Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS.
J'ai 4 Go de RAM.
Je n'utilise pas l'hibernation
Le /HOME est sur la même partition que Ubuntu (sda5)


Suite à la migration vers un SSD, le démarrage de Ubuntu est long, plu long qu'avec le HDD précédent.

mon SSD étant un chouilla plus petit que le SSD, j'avais travaillé le HDD avec Gparted avant la migration afin de gagner les 60 Go que mon SSD n'avais pas.
Jusque là, tout va bien, le HDD démarre à sa vitesse habituelle.



Test 1 :
Pour la migration, j'ai voulu utiliser ma station d'accueil, mais comme le SSD est plus petit (de 60 Go) que le HDD, la fonction autonome de clonage de ma station d'accueil ne fonctionne pas.

Test 2 :
En branchant ma station d’accueil sur un PC et en utilisant "To Do Backup" de Easus j'ai pus, avec les options "secteur par secteur" et "Optimiser pour un SSD", effectuer le clonage du disque.
Le GRUB va bien, Ubuntu est une vraie fusée. Le seul soucis c'est Windows qui ne veut pas démarrer à cause d'un fichier. BitLocker étant actif sur Windows 10, impossible d'accéder aux fichiers.

Test 3 :
BitLocker étant actif sur Windows 10, je me suis dis que j'allais le virer. J'ai donc déchiffrer la partition de Windows 10 (8 heures de taf), et retenté en utilisant "To Do Backup".
J'ai recopié manuellement le fichier qui posait toujours problème, mais Windows 10 ne veux toujours pas fonctionner.
Même résultat que lors du test 2.

Test 4 :
Utilisation de "Acronis True Image" (version 2018 car mon taf n'a pas la licence pour la 2019) pour la migration, 2 heures après, Yalla, Windows et Ubuntu fonctionne, sans rien faire d'autre que de lancer la fonction "Cloner un disque".
seul Hic, Ubuntu est très long à démarrer.

Chrono :
38 secondes pour avoir le logo "ubuntu" avec les 5 points qui défiles en dessus.
2 minutes 11 secondes supplémentaires pour avoir le login.
après, Ubuntu est une Formule 1.

Boot-Repair, en mode "Réparation recommandée" n'a rien pu résoudre.
J'ai désactivé le SWAP , mais cela n'a pas eu d'impact :

sudo swapoff /dev/sda7

j'ai vu cela dans blkid

et dans /etc/fstab

Donc il faut que tu corriges le fstab pour y mettre la bonne valeur

UUID=b509a037-2346-a0b0-9d32-9e73d237fabd none            swap    sw              0       0

Cela devrait faire gagner environ 25 à 30 secondes

Hier soir, j'ai fait les mises à jours que Ubuntu me proposait, et comme Boot-Repair avait mis un peu le mon menu de démarrage en bordel, j'ai utilisé Grub Customizer pour ne garder que les 3 possibilité de Boot possible (Ubuntu, Kali et Windows)

ce matin, au surprise, nouveau chrono :
5 secondes pour avoir le logo "ubuntu" avec les 5 points qui défiles en dessus.

J'ai retrouvé les deux lignes du précédant blocage

On y voit que le touchpad n'a pas la même ligne de trace.   C'était certainement lui le problème    ( La mise à jour a pu faire du bien)
12 secondes pour booter avec un SSD, c'est habituel.
