Problème au lancement des Sims 4 (playonlinux)

Bonjour à tous,

Après plusieurs essais d'installation des Sims 4 via PlayOnLinux, j'ai réussi à installer le jeu (+ des add-ons) avec Wine directement.
Cependant, je n'arrive pas à le lancer.

Lorsque je le lance, la page s'affiche et lorsque le logo EA Games commence à apparaître, le jeu plante.
J'ai modifié le fichier Options.ini pour définir la résolution la plus basse (800x600) au cas où le problème viendrait de là et désactiver le fullscreen (qui m'obligeait à redémarrer mon PC à chaque test).
Mais j'ai toujours le même problème.

Lorsque le jeu plante, soit quelques secondes après le lancement, j'ai une fenêtre de Wine qui s'ouvre "erreur du programme" mais lorsque je clique sur Détails, je n'ai aucune info. Cela m'indique "veuillez patienter..." mais même après plusieurs minutes aucun détail ne s'affiche.

Je suis sous Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS cependant je ne sais pas avec quelle version j'ai installé le jeu (ayant installé plusieurs versions via PlayOnLinux avant) ni avec quelle version de Windows...

Désolée pour le manque d'infos, vous allez peut-être pouvoir me dire comment vous donner plus de détails...

J'ai finalement réussi à faire une installation via PlayOnLinux avec la version Wine 2.20 staging et en choisissant "Windows 7".

J'ai toujours le même problème : lorsque je le lance, la page s'affiche et lorsque le logo EA Games commence à apparaître, le jeu plante.

Mais cette fois, dans le debugger PlayOnLinux, j'ai un (long) détail des erreurs :
