Ces PC récents sont-ils compatibles ?

Bonjour à tous, je voudrais m'acheter un PC neuf. A priori, pas de jeu ; mais s'il y a une carte graphique, pourquoi pas se laisser tenter. Je voudrais faire un peu de virtualisation pour faire tourner Windows 10 dans linux. Est-ce que vous sauriez me dire si les PC suivants sont susceptibles d'être compatibles avec linux ? Quand je regarde sur google "Intel UHD Graphics 620", il semble qu'il y ait encore des problèmes de compatibilité.

juste a voir les configurations, je prendrai le lenovo

hp produit des bios de merde pour linux
les deux derniers ont une carte graphique en plus, linux gère très mal 2 cartes graphique

mais problème, en cherchant le lenovo sur google je tombe là dessus

du coup je dirai aucun....

choppe toi plutôt un lenovo thinkpad d'occaz avec juste du intel pour la carte graphique (pas de nvidia)

ils sont tous compatible, aucun problème.

- le touchpad fonctionne très bien (ne pas se fier aux débutants qui poste sur les forums), moi le clique droit sur le touchpad ne fonctionnait pas et c'était juste une option à changer dans "gnome tweak" à changer au niveau pavé tactile.
- Si il y a optimus, il faudra choisir entre l'un ou l'autre ou sinon avec d'autre distrib tu peux installer Bumblebee qui gère bien ça.
- Pour celui avec une gtx1050, j'ai lu que parfois il faut faire une manip pour qu'il n'y ai pas de soucis.

Par contre ils sont tous assez moche mais bon après c'est une question de goût.

Lepetit>Si le problème des bios HP est qu'il faut d'abord les débloquer, je pense que je saurai le faire. J'ai vu quelques tutoriels sur youtube, ça n'a pas l'air trop compliqué. En fait, c'est le hp qui m'intéresse le plus pour son prix et son autonomie (puisqu'il a comme les autres un SSD 256 go et un i5-8250u).

J'ai vu que les "Lenovo thinkpad" étaient plébiscités sur les forum linux. Mais je suis réticent à acheter de l'occasion. 400 euros pour de l'occasion, pour un PC qui durera 2 ou 3 ans de moins qu'un PC neuf, avec une mémoire vive limitée, et des frais à prévoir (ajouter un SSD), je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment rentable.


GammaDraconis>Merci beaucoup, tous sont compatibles, c'est bon à savoir. Donc, si je galère, je trouverai probablement quelqu'un lors d'une linux party pour arranger le problème. Côté mocheté, le pire est le Acer, les touches rouges... Mais si on me dit que, pour la virtualisation, il vaut mieux prendre ce genre de PC avec graphique, je suis prêt à assumer.

d'un point de vue fiabilité, j'ai nettement plus confiance dans un thinkpad d'occaz que dans ceux que tu as proposé

pour le soucis des bios hp, c'est pas le fait de les débloquer (??)
mais tout simplement, que les bios Hp sont conçu et optimiser pour windows
ya de forte chance que tu te tapes des erreurs d'acpi dans le dmesg et ça tu ne pourras pas faire grand chose
après ça ne vas pas l’empêcher de fonctionner (quoique ?) mais il peut y avoir des soucis dans la gestion d'énergie et vu que l'autonomie semble important pour toi, cqfd

Merci beaucoup pour ces précisions sur les bios HP. C'est rageant ! Du coup, effectivement, je ferais mieux de ne pas prendre de HP. Je pense que mon deuxième choix sera le Dell.

SI j'avais su cela avant d'acheter le mien... (mise en veille impossible avec Nvidia, sinon le reste marche très bien)

Un PC pro est conçu pour durer.
Un PC pro reconditionné durera sans doute plus longtemps qu'un PC grand public.
Un exemple de PC pro qui m'a l'air intéressantt, ce Lenovo T540p (sorti en 2014) avec Intel Core I5 4300M - RAM 8 Go DDR3 - SSD 240 Go au prix de 420€.

Merci beaucoup pour vos détaillés. Bien sûr, si on ne veut mettre que 400 euros, ces deux thinkpads sont une excellente affaire. Rien de comparable avec le neuf au même prix. Mais pour la virtualisation, un quadcore, i5-8250, j'ai le sentiment que ce serait quand même un peu mieux. Et je me demande si les thinkpad sont facilement ouvrables pour enlever la poussière. Comme je crains d'acheter un ordinateur neuf qui nécessite des manipulations trop compliquées pour installer linux, je songe finalement à me tourner vers Clevo.

Pour "ouvrir" ce Thinkpad E320, un poussoir pour la batterie, trois vis pour oter le fond.   --->   1534398369.jpg


Pour les Thinkpad modèle T, il faut un peu plus de temps car plus de vis et caches à démonter. Mais ça se fait sans problème.

Les Thinkpad sont en général très simples à entretenir. Le matériel pro est conçu pour durer smile J'ai un ami qui possède un Clevo et ce n'est pas du tout la même finition.

Sinon je pense que le processeur Intel i5 5300U du Thinkpad cité est largement suffisant pour la virtualisation. La différence ne doit pas être énorme avec les dernières générations.

Et même si l'on veut mettre plus, le matériel professionnel reconditionné reste intéressant. Un exemple à 735€ : https://www.plusdepc.com/produit/pc-por … grade-b-3/
- Dell Precision M4800
- Intel Core i7 4940MX 3.10 Ghz
- 32 Go de RAM

C'est simplement pour dire que ça peut vite devenir compliqué d'ouvrir certains pc, le mien par exemple: hp a eu la grande idée de clipser la coque, comme ça tu as la trace du tournevis quand tu le démontes (et faut pas le démonter trop souvent, les clips sont en plastique). C'est donc pas impossible que le HP - 15-DA0015NF que tu as mentionné ait le même problème.

C'est plus un problème de gamme que de marque wink

Les Probook et Elitebook de HP (gamme pro) sont bien mieux conçus que leurs modèles grand public.
