=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of nvme0n1p6, using the following options: nvme0n1p1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file restore-efi-backups

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

cat /etc/fstab

Puis la commande suivante dans la foulée :

cat /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Re : probleme d'acces windows

Sur la 2ème vue, on peut lire :
-----------------------------------------------
file: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
status:   0xc0000225
info: the Boot Configuration Data for your pc is missing or contains error
----------------------------------------------
