[RESOLU] Démarrage Vista impossible depuis grub suite installation Ubu

Bonjour à tous,
           C'est mon premier post sur ce forum, excusez moi pour mes éventuelles maladresses.
Suite à remplacement du disque dur j'ai donc réinstallé mon système initial, Windows Vista en l' ocurence, qui a fonctionné d'entrée; j' ai installé ensuite Ubuntu 16.04.5 dans un espace libre de 100Go du même disque dur.
L'installation s'est bien passée, en suivant les indications de l'installateur (j'ai choisi "installer ubuntu a coté de l'OS existant").
J'ai redémarré le PC lorsque l'installateur me l'a demandé la fenêtre Grub est apparue Ubuntu a booté sans problème mais quand j'ai choisi Vista en bas du menu, impossible de booter, j' entend un "bip" et je suis devant un écran noir.
Pour info sur ce même PC j'avais installé auparavant Windows XP en cohabitation avec ubuntu 10.04 puis par la suite Ubuntu 12.04 et je n'ai jamais rencontré le moindre problème.

Je vous remercie à l'avance pour vos réponses qui certainement, m'aideront à résoudre mon problème, mes compétences dans ce domaine étant très limitées et je ne suis pas capable de bien interpréter boot info.

Merci pour ta rapide réponse, à titre indicatif, j'avais fait un premier essai avec la version 14.04.5 car j'avais rencontré le même problème.[J' ai donc supprimé la partition ubuntu , réinstallé le mbr avec test disk et Vista a redémarré normalement.
Quand j'ai installé la version actuelle de ubuntu, rebelote plus de boot avec vista depuis le menu Grub!
Or d'après le rapport boot info tout semble en bon état (il n'y a pas de raison du contraire).

Re bonjour à tous,
J'ai dû interrompre la discussion sur ce forum pour essayer d'autres solutions qui n'ont pas fonctionné comme je le souhaitais.
J'ai par contre trouvé un utilitaire de test et de réparation systèmes qui est très bien, et pratique à utiliser, c'est un logiciel libre sous forme d'image ISO bootable que l'on peut installer sur une clé USB, son nom est Medicat USB.

Ce logiciel à défaut de corriger mon "bug" m'a permis de pouvoir "booter" sur vista sans passer par grub mais à partir d'un de ses nombreux outils.
A la fin de ma session "windows" j'ai retrouver ma fenêtre habituelle grub et j'ai pu démarrer ubuntu tout à fair normalement.
Je suis quand même toujours à la recherche d'une solution pour démarrer mes 2 OS  avec l'interface prévue à cet effet Grub.

J' ai fait plusieurs tentatives avec boot repair, depuis un DVD, sans succès. Par contre Medicat m'a permis de démarrer ma session Windows . j'aurais pu aussi démarrer celle de Ubuntu, mais pour réparer l'erreur de boot: niet!

Où as-tu installé le grub, le mieux serait de l'installer ou le réinstaller sur sda, donc à la racine de ton disc.

Grub a été installé automatiquement par l'installateur du live DVD, et d'après boot info visible en début de ce post, il se serait installé dans /sda1 c'est à dire le mbr. cela me paraît logique.

D'après ton boot info , il est en sda6.
Avec boot repair tu peux changer cela

Incorrect

le MBR c'est /dev/sda et Grub est bien là.

Faut croire qu'avec Vista la pratique du chainloader doit etre particulière.

Excuse moi, c'est une erreur de précipitation de ma part, tu as raison /sda1 est la partition vista et grub est bien dans la partition mbr en début de disque sda.

Je n'avais pas remarqué qu'il y avait grub dans /sda6, c'est peut être du fait que j'ai réinstallé 2 fois!

J'ai déjà fait cette manip, cela n'a rien donné, et c'est  peut être pour cela que grub est mentionné dans sda6

Je pense que c'est une incompatibilité entre grub et cette m.... de vista, l'OS d'origine du PC.
Avant le remplacement du disque dur, j'avais à l'époque remplacé Vista par XP car javais pas mal de bug, et la cohabitation de XP et ubuntu 10.04 était sans souci, grub gérait très bien le tout!

c'est tout à fait la commande que j'ai utilisée, je l'avais trouvée dans un post à propos d'un problème de démarrage avec grub.
Cela a été sans amélioration boot sans problème avec ubuntu mais aucun avec vista à part bip et... écran noir, plutôt mauve mais sans menu.
J'ai consulté plusieurs forums à ce sujet, et j'ai avec des mauvaises manip de ma part mis mon ubuntu en vrac, mes connaissances étant limitées, je deviens donc prudent.

Je le pense aussi. Purger Grub ne changera rien d'autant qu'il voit bien Vista mais ce dernier réponds pas.

Note : ce qu'on trouve en sda6 n'est pas le Grub en tant que tel, mais ses fichiers de conf et tout le nécessaire pour amorcer correctement, c'est normal

Ce serait donc une intervention dans le fichier du grub qui pourrait sauver la situation, c'est trop pointu pour moi.

Je me souviens d'un bootloader que j'avais, à l'époque installé sur vista pour faire le démarrage de mes deux systèmes, il faudrait le retrouver sur le web

Je dis peut être une bêtise, mais vu que le disque dur est 2 fois plus grand qu'auparavant, cela empêcherai grub d'accéder à vista, du temps de cet OS il n'y avait pas de disques de 1To! Pourtant  sans grub vista démarre bien sur ce même disque avec son mbr.

C'est sûr que je serais heureux qu'un cador de ubuntu et de grub particulièrement me sorte du problème. Heureusement que j'ai mis la main sur Medicat, je pourrai me servir de quelques logiciels spécifiques windows qui n'ont pas d'équivalent sur ubuntu sans devoir supprimer et réinstaller grub, ce qui ne doit pas être bon pour le système voire l'ordinateur.
Si je trouve une solution au problème je vous promet de vous en faire profiter car je galère depuis quelque temps mais je ne veux pas baisser les bras et je continue à chercher.

Non, d'autant que Vista est en début de disque et comme tu dis, ça bootait avant le dual-boot.
