Problème de bluetooth

Bonjour,
Je suis un petit nouveau sur ubuntu 17.04, j ai un Dell xps 13 et j ai le même problème que putxe ...
C est a dire : "Lorsque je clique sur le bouton d'activation Bluetooth il passe bien en "I" mais le message "Le Bluetooth est désactivé" reste à l'écran."

Avez vous trouvez de nouvelles solutions ? Car je trouve que la page du lien donné dans le message #21 n'est pas tres clair (surtout a cause de mon niveau d anglais).

Bonjour,

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth
sudo service bluetooth status

et :

dpkg -l | grep blue

Tu n'as pas un pilote bluetooth BCM43142A0, regarde dans le fil de Sweery > [Résolu] : MSI GS60 6QC 231XFR -- Ubuntu 16.04 -- Bluetooth inexistant

et à l'avenir, ouvres une nouvelle discussion > Initier_une_nouvelle_discussion

au lieu de squatter un fil Résolu.

Rajout - Et pour :

dpkg -l | grep blue

Tu n'as pas eu de retour ?

Apparemment, ma carte mère ne peut faire fonctionner le Bluetooth que si l'antenne Wifi est branchée (le chipset utilise l'antenne wifi pour connecter les périphériques Bluetooth). Je ne me l'imaginais pas car je pouvais me connecter en Wifi sans l'antenne et le Bluetooth semblait fonctionnel.

Bref, du coup, pas de problème de pilote : juste brancher l'antenne et ça marche sur le champ. Mes manettes et le reste sont reconnues.

Problème résolu. J'espère que ça aidera d'autres personnes qui comme moi n'ont pas branché leur antenne Wifi.
