[Resolu] Démarrage Xubuntu 16.04.3 LTS très lent

Bonjour,
J'ai enfin réussie a convaincre mon amie de me donner son vieux portable Acer Aspire 7720 pour y installer Ubuntu!
Pour cela j'ai remplacé le disque dur contenant Windows Vista par un nouveau disque SSD (donc pas de dual boot)
En utilisant UNetbootin sur mon ordi perso (Ubuntu 16.04 Unity) j'ai crée une clef LIVE-USB avec Xubuntu (j'ai choisi cette distribution par ce que cet ordi n'a que 3Go de mémoire)
J'ai déjà utilisé cette clef USB pour installer Xubuntu sur on autre vieux Acer Aspire qui lui démarre en 30 secondes alors que le démarrage sur cet Acer Aspire 7720 prend entre 1'30 et 2 minutes.
Après toutes la pub que j'ai fait concernant Ubuntu je n'ose pas lui rendre son ordi dans cet état.
J'ai bien vu plusieurs post parlant d'un soucie similaire mais aucun ne semble similaire au mien.
C'est pour cette raison que je viens a votre aide.

En cherchant dans le forum j'ai trouvé cette commande sudo systemd-analyze blame qui montre un démarrage en 21 secondes

Puis sur ce forum j'ai vu aussi qu'on demandait d’exécuter la commande DMESG. J'ai mis le résultat dans un fichier que j'attacherai ultérieurement (le dernier message se termine avec [  412.673344] )

J'ai également fait un boot-info que j'attacherai aussi

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider?

Tu n'as pas pris le bon ISO pour faire ton support d'installation : il fallait prendre Xubuntu 16.04.1 64 bits (téléchargeable ici) alors que tu as utilisé Xubuntu 16.04.3 64 bits qui est adapté aux ordis ultra-modernes (ce qui n'est pas le cas du Acer Aspire 7720 hein?). D'abord merci pour avoir pris le temps de regarder mon problème.
Effectivement j'avais vu que le noyau entre mon Ubuntu-Unity et celui de Xubuntu n’était pas le même (pour mon Ubuntu perso j'étais parti d'une clef avec 16.04.1 que j'avais acheté ensemble avec mon ordi)
Mais je me disais qu'en prenant une 16.04.3 pour Xubuntu ça ne pouvait qu’être mieux!
Je vais réessayer ce WE et te tiens au courant

Pour être tout a fait honnête quand j'ai vu sur l'étiquette de l'ordi "Intel Graphic Media" je me suis dit que ce devrait etre OK pour le dernier noyau. J'ai vu des erreurs similaires sur des forum US mais il sont très vieux. C'est a ce moment que je me suis dit qu'il fallait mieux consulter le forum (je ne suis pas assez calé en informatique pour continuer seul)

En recherchant sur internet, je n'ai pas trouvé exactement ton contexte, Mais dans un qui y ressemble  ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … ug/1685442 ), le conseil était de ne pas utiliser la version  16.04.3 mais la version 16.04.1
Cela ne me surprend pas tellement vu que ubuntu est partisan de l'obsolescence programmée (pas de bios EFI en 32 bits) et plus tard certainement pas d'OS en 32 bits.... pour suivre la trace de IOS11

Je te propose d'installer la version 16.04.1 qui a exactement la même durée de vie et les même fonctionnalités et voir ce que cela donne. Fais de préférence en dual-boot (il suffit de 30 Go d'espace disponible).

Comme je pense que, ayant 3 Go de RAM, tu vas utiliser la version 32 bits, cela sera l'un de ces deux fichiers

Après avoir augmenté la mémoire a 4Go je me suis rendu compte que ça ne changeait pas vraiment les performances.
Au contraire je me suis rendu compte lors de mes tests (regarder un replay ou le direct sur Arte) que FF prenait seulement 20% de mémoire mais entre 50 et 70% de CPU. En plus j'ai eu pls. interruptions et un gel complet de l'ordi.  Après qq. recherches sur ce forum j'ai fait la modification suivante:

Tout d'abord encore un grand merci pour ton aide.
Je suis allé regardé la section "swap" de la documentation pour un peu mieux comprendre.
Dans la section que tu donne en référence, il y a écrit "Régler le déclenchement du swap dès que la mémoire est utilisée a 95%"
Or lors de mes tests j'ai surveillé CPU et mémoire pendant 1 heure et je ne consomme jamais plus que 20% de mémoire.
Dès lors je ne comprends pas bien comment cette modification de swap va améliorer les performances (en particulier la consommation CPU de FF qui me semble très élevé).
Voici ce que j'obtiens actuellement (cad. sans la modif. que tu as suggeré)

Si tu n'as pas redémarré depuis hier soir,
fais-le et redonne le retour de la même commande.


Si tu as redémarré depuis hier soir,
l'examen des logs nous en dira plus. Lance :

cd; cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log > graph20170924.txt

Puis copie ici - entre balises code ! - le contenu du fichier graph20170924.txt
