Bon, il n'y a rien de catastrophique là-dedans. Je te conseille néanmoins de faire les modifications suivantes au sources.list :
1) mettre en commentaire (ajouter un # en début de ligne) tous les dépôts de sources (commençant par "deb-src ..."), ça fera moins de boulot pour les mises à jour et tu n'en as pas besoin.
2) activer le dépôt "partner", ça peut être utile pour installer une application qui n'est pas strictement canonical (enlever le # au début de la ligne "# deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu xenial partner").
Note: le dépôt pour l'imprimante epson est bon, mais l'algorithme de contrôle est SHA au lieu de MD5, du coup il ne peut pas être vérifié, mais ça fonctionne quand même.
- Le dépôt pour "playonlinux" peut être supprimé puisque tu as désinstallé l'application. De toute manière, il n'est pas besoin du dépôt de Trusty pour cette application, elle existe aussi dans Xenial multiverse (pas besoin d'un PPA pour cela), au cas où tu voudrais la réinstaller.
- Le dépôt pour "dropbox" est pour Wili, or dropbox existe aussi dans Xenial multiverse ou universe, il vaut donc mieux le supprimer.
Soit :
- Ouvrir le sources.list dans l'éditeur de texte en mode administrateur pour le modifier (appliquer les conseils ci-dessus):

gksudo <ton_éditeur> /etc/apt/sources.list

- Supprimer les dépôts de playonlinux et dropbox:

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/playonlinux* /etc/apt/sources.list.d/dropbox*

Une fois les modifs faites, repasser un coup de :

sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade

Il ne restera plus que l'erreur concernant le dépôt pour epson (warning seulement) et celle pour le noyau 4.4.0-87 qui reste à corriger...

Plus de 50 ans d'informatique, ça en fait des lignes de commandes en console, mais on n'avait pas le choix...
Excellente raison pour, aujourd'hui qu'on le peut, utiliser au maximum les INTERFACES GRAPHIQUES !
