Photoshop CS2 et msiexec

Cher tous,

je cherche depuis un long moment à installer une version CS2 de Photoshop sur Ubuntu. J'ai fait l'erreur, à l'installation d'Ubuntu, de ne pas garder de partition Windows (version 8 sur mon PC) et mon ancien PC n'a pas la capacité à supporter PS. J'ai bien tenté Gimp, mais ce n'est pas satisfaisant car j'ai besoin professionnellement de travaillé sur PS pour maîtriser ce logiciel. J'ai bien pensé à remettre une partition de W8 sur mon disque, mais je ne vois pas comment, n'ayant pas de DVD d'installation.

Bref, à chaque tentative d'installation par Wine, j'obtiens un message d'erreur de "msiexec", que vous trouverez ci-dessous ; si quelqu'un a une idée, je prends tout ! Merci !!

Bonjour,

si ton pc (portable?) était livré d'origine avec W8, tu as normalement une possibilité de le réinstaller. Il faut récupérer l'iso sur le site de microsoft (tu peux aussi prendre la 8.1) et l'activation devrait se faire automatiquement (la clé d'activation étant si j'ai bien compris dans le bios). J'ai pu le réinstaller sur 2 portables à la maison de cette façon.

Par contre, ça suppose de tout réinstaller pour y adjoindre ubuntu en dual-boot.

Salut aigla rossa,
c'est une possibilité que j'ai envisagée. Seulement, avant de me lancer dans ce type d'opération, une chose que tu as indiquée me semble rédhibitoire : je vais devoir sans doute réinstaller W8 sur TOUT mon PC, avant de récréer une partition Ubuntu. Et vu le temps que j'ai passé à avoir un Ubuntu propre et équipé selon mes besoins, je vais éviter de m'y risquer (je suis en pleine période de recherche d'emploi, je ne peux me permettre d'y passer des journées).
