mon bios a ete reinitialise ..

An error occurred while accessing 'OS', the system responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/sdb5 at /media/kubuntu/OS:
Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=999,gid=999,dmask=0077,fmask=0177" "/dev/sdb5" "/media/kubuntu/OS"'
exited with non-zero exit status 14: The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount. Failed to mount '/dev/sdb5': Operation not permitted The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state.
Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume read-only with the 'ro' mount option.

je ne sais que faire
Please HELP

The current session is in Legacy mode. Please reboot the computer, and use this software in an EFI session.
This will enable this feature. For example, use a live-USB of Boot-Repair-Disk-64bit (www.sourceforge.net/p/boot-repair-cd),
after making sure your BIOS is set up to boot USB in EFI mode.

setxkbmap fr
sudo apt update
sudo apt install gawk mesa-utils pastebinit smartmontools --no-install-recommends
wget https://github.com/laurent85v/bisnext/raw/master/bisnext
sudo bash bisnext --pastebin

[ -d /sys/firmware/efi ] && echo "UEFI mode: Yes" || echo "UEFI mode: No"

installe et lance boot-repair :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y --install-recommends boot-repair
boot-repair

---[ end Kernel panic - not syncing: UFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (1,0)

Tu l'as crée comment la clé usb ?

sdc1: __________________________________________________________________________

    Operating System:
    Boot files:        /boot/grub/grub.cfg /syslinux.cfg
                      /efi/BOOT/grubx64.efi /ldlinux.sys

et tu n'as jamais booté en LEGACY !!!!

=> No boot loader is installed in the MBR of /dev/sda.
=> No boot loader is installed in the MBR of /dev/sdb.

---[ end Kernel panic - not syncing: UFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (1,0)

menuentry 'Ubuntu, with Linux 4.4.0-64-generic (recovery mode).

========================= UEFI Boot Manager settings: ==========================

Bonjour Laurent85.

powercfg /h,off

Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting)

Boot successfully repaired.

Please write on a paper the following URL:
http://paste2.org/PgAKeKty

In case you still experience boot problem, indicate this URL to:
boot.repair@gmail.com or to your favorite support forum.

You can now reboot your computer.
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sdb (512GB) disk!

If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your BIOS.
If your BIOS does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi

   Soit tu fais fonctionner windows.
