connecter appareil bluetooth par terminal

Bonjour,

J'ai depuis quelques temps un problème de bluetooth: je ne peux pas voir le périphérique bluetooth aux alentours (c'est à dire moins d'un mètre...). La seule réponse de dmesg, hcitool et compagnie c'est
Bluetooth: hci0 command 0x0401 tx timeout

Ma carte est une rtl8723be, elle gère wifi ou le bluetooth, j'ai quelques fois réussi à faire fonctionner les deux en même temps mais c'était sur une très courte durée. Du coup, j'utilise un dongle bluetooth qui fonctionnait bien avant. Depuis, plus rien ne fonctionne.

Je sais que je suis pas le seul à avoir ce problème, c'est simplement pour dire que ça ne vient pas de la carte wifi/bluetooth rtl8723be, c'est un problème plus général.
Je ne sais absolument pas quel fichier pourrait contenir des erreurs permettant de trouver une explication.

Il y a du mieux:
hcitool -i hci1 scanning
trouve mon appareil bluetooth, hci1 c'est le dongle

Edit: maintenant, il n'y a que blueman qui voit rien, les deux modules bluetooth peuvent scanner (j'ai bidouillé avec bluetoothctl)

Donc nouveau problème: comment on fait pour appairer un appareil bluetooth par un terminal?
