[Résolu par réinstallation] Réparer une partition EFI avec boot-repair

Bonjour

J'ai installé depuis environ deux ans Ubuntu et Windows 8 en dual boot. J'ai l'impression que mon disque dur est en fin de vie et depuis deux jours je n'arrive plus à démarrer ni sur Windows ni sur Ubuntu : le disque est bien détecté par le bios (uefi) dans la liste des périphériques sata mais pas dans la liste des "boot options".

Je peux démarrer sur une live-clé-usb et je peux alors accéder à mon disque dur et à mes données. Après avoir longuement cherché sur internet, j'ai lancé boot-repair mais quand je tente d'appliquer les réparations recommandées j'ai droit à la même erreur que beaucoup : "GPT detected. Please create a BIOS-Boot partition (>1MB, unformatted filesystem, bios_grub flag). This can be performed via tools such as Gparted. Then try again."

J'ai l'impression (mais pas la certitude) que mon problème vient du fait que la partition EFI de mon disque est corrompue. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

un conseil : ne touche plus à ta machine avant d'avoir fait une sauvegarde de tes données via une live USB.

Ensuite, via la live USB, lance une analyse de disque avec

sudo smartctl -s on -a /dev/sda

Pour moi, le disque est défectueux à cause de cette ligne extraite de ton résultat de smartctl :

197 Current_Pending_Sector  0x0032   100   100   000    Old_age   Always       -       2080

Il faudrait qu'il y ait "0" en fin de ligne alors qu'il y a "2080" ce qui indique qu'il y a 2080 secteurs en attente de ré-allocation.
On parle de ce critère "Current Pending Sector Count" dans la doc Wikipédia sur S.M.A.R.T.
