Problème de démarrage après installation.

Bonjour,
   J'ai eu un problème récemment sur un de mes pcs. Il était sous windows et celui ci ne pouvait plus démarrer (même en passant par le mode récupération). En passant par une live-USB j'ai réussi a récupérer toutes mes données étant sur /D: mais je n'avais aucun accès a /C:. Il semblerait donc que mon disque dur soit endommager. J'ai décider d'essayer d'installer Ubuntu dessus, en essayant d'éviter les parties abîmées du disque. J'ai fait tourner "fsck" et il a trouvé aucune erreur sur les partitions sur lesquelles je voulais installer ubuntu.

   L'installation de ubuntu se passe sans soucis lorsque je choisis moi même mes partitions. Mais lorsque je démarre sur ubuntu, j'ai un écran noir, sans même que le grub se lance. J'ai essayer de faire tourner boot-repair mais celui se lance dans une boucle de : "La réparation du système de fichiers nécessite le démontage des partitions. Veuillez fermer tous vos programmes. Puis fermez cette fenêtre." infinie.
Voici le rapport BootInfo : BootInfo., l'une des partitions étant "cassée".
Mon pc est un : Acer Aspire X3200 datant de 2008, avec donc un BIOS.
                CPU : Athlon(tm) Dual Core Processor 4450e.
J'aimerais savoir si je dois quoi qu'il arrive changer de disque dur, ou il existe encore un espoir de voir tourner ubuntu sur la machine telle quelle.
