[résolu] HDMI qui ne fonctionne pas

Bonsoir,

j'ai testé avant-hier pour la première fois depuis l'installation sur mon portable de Ubuntu mate 14.04.3 la sortie HDMI... Hélas, l'écran s'éteint, puis se rallume au déplacement de la souris, puis l'ordi plante systématiquement. Je ne sais pas s'il sera possible de le faire fonctionner (ce ne serait pas dramatique non plus) mais ce serait un plus indéniable pour le brancher sur un projecteur que je viens d'acheter à ma fille.

Je vais essayer de mettre le /var/log/Xorg.0.log   dès que j'arriverai à me servir des balises (!)... désolé


Merci d'avance si quelqu'un a une idée magique

Désolé, ça n'a pas l'air de fonctionner avec les balises, et le fichier étant très long, je ne voudrais pas saturer la page.

Je précise tout le même le type du portable, il s'agit d' un packard bell ENLG71BM-C7FW

Bon, ben aujourd'hui ça marche, alors je place le  /var/log/Xorg.0.log au cas où

J'arrive finalement à activer le hdmi avec la touche f4, mais l'image apparaît façon puzzle et rectangles noirs, sans possibilité d'activer quoi que ce soit à la souris, même si elle se déplace normalement, d'où impossibilité de redémarrer proprement.

Je finis ici mon monologue. Après test aujourd'hui, le HDMI fonctionne parfaitement sur la version 15.10

Par contre, le dual boot 14.04 / 15.10 me fait planter le PC. Je laisse donc tomber cette histoire pour le moment.

Plus qu'à attendre la prochaine LTS donc, sauf guigne.

Edit (au cas où l'aventure survienne à d'autres: la connexion hdmi fonctionne finalement en 14.04 Ubuntu Mate sur ce modèle de portable (packard bell ENLG71BM-C7FW), mais uniquement avec Marco. Il plante sous compiz. Sous Marco: le câble est à placer d'abord sur la télé (ou autre), puis sur le PC. Il faut alors activer le double écran avec la touche F4 (sinon, on n'a que le fond d'écran). Le son sur la TV nécessite Pavucontrol (onglet "configuration", choisir HDMI). En espérant que ça tourne bientôt avec compiz.

Affaire définitivement réglée, donc.
